Bit harsh! Not that much volume. Only 3p off our recent rock bottom now!
Results due this month..... probably be disappointing as will not include the more recent product launches, but should give an indication of sales growth since August. NT always looks positive 'n' happy, but is that because ZOE have sold 10 pots of massage oil or 10,000?
An update on the sale of our Natural resource assets would be good too.
Yes thanks for that snippet. I am not surprised at this interest actually. Tech like this does not come up for sale very often if ever, and could put a company that wants to make competitive headway in this field years ahead in terms of research and development.
Wondered about this myself. Normally a company would undertake a strategic review and may be a formal sales process, then any interested parties could put forward their bids without the SP going crazy all the time on rumours. Any potential sale is a long way off yet. Have thy opened a data room.? Etc Anybody doing due diligence? Very early days yet. And frankly the last interim results are rather pathetic compared to the current Mrkt Cap. Can see this falling a long way yet as people get bored and wonder of to chase the next rainbow!
As I understand it the 'formal sales' process means just that...news blackout. You may never find out who the 'interested parties' are except of course the winning bid on a successful sale. The interested parties will not know either what other offers are being made. All hush hush. You could imagine what would happen to the SP if rumours of big players sniffing around were leaked. (I wish!)
Very upbeat interview. Seed sales in particular look vey interesting. Even if we lost 40/50% ( highly unlikely) in costs/quality control/seed merchant fees etc would still bring in £500K+ of PROFIT per month! Certainly enough to keep the company going while our umpteen CBD products get established as a well known and respected market brand!
Serenity 13/23c-10 well results
'The net oil interval in the Captain sand was c.10ft of high porosity (30%) sand and thicker than in the up-dip Tain discovery consistent with the Company's expectation that the Captain sands thicken to the west in Serenity (as demonstrated by the c.150 ft of sand seen in the offset 13/23a-7A well situated to the west of Serenity). Reservoir quality is expected to be equivalent to that seen in the Tain wells, one of which (13/23b-5Z) tested at an estimated 2750 bopd from a 5ft interval in the Captain sands'
Note: 2750 bopd from a 5ft interval. Who says a 20ft interval is a failure.!
Another positive RNS and a busy day on the EML board...... 9 whole posts...wow! Got quite a big holding here but we seem to be permanently stuck at 3.5/3.8p, despite the continuing good news. Hope we are going to move at some point. There is still the odd big sell, and a while back there were 2 very large sells of 6.4m if I remember rightly , at about 3.25p perhaps waiting for them to clear?

An excellent price compared to most raises of recent.
Coro is a bit of a strange one at the moment. 2 drills, but neither are meant to become production wells. I think a lot of investors had not read the RNS's properly, and when they saw 'plugged and abandoned', they got spooked. Hence the fall on the Tamak-2 results although that was a bit disappointing with the DST test failing. This 2nd drill has a lower chance of success, but might boost the SP if results are good. I sold out recently at a loss just thought the risk too great. If a 'win' SP will probably do 25/30% rise, if a 'fail' a 50% drop.! I decided it was too risky, considering how far it has dropped already.
As I understand it they are really trying to define the size of the Mako field, then they can go to potential funders with a field development plan/resources estimate/CPR etc. But any production from this field seems a long way off at present.
you buy this share. It is not listed anywhere on Barclays stockbrokers. Useless lot!
Will it work? . Markt cap 5.0m, trying to raise 6m! Eye watering dilution. Glad I bailed on Friday after placing rumours albeit at a 500 quid loss. But lets hope they do get it, as H & W now seem crucial to the future plans.
I wonder what these might be? The success rate of the formal sales process/strategic review style deals is pretty low. In fact you do not usually start such a process unless you are in some sort of trouble. Most times after 6 months or so of this strategic review etc they give up and the companies just end up struggling on under their own steam often with a placing to keep them funded. According to the RNS they were looking for other sources of funding , but it looks as if what they really need is customers, and several of them, not just 1.
