As for Suzy....I wouldnt wish to demotivate her...as enthusiasm is a great driver...just 6 months probation ...in order to deliver core treartments passed the line and bring in dosh.
As for CEO...yes Adam...but he has other commitments and so a successful business man or woman should take the helm....success being the driver....is there someone currently employed within Val that has a track record for success?

Coincidentally ICE...I contacted Barclays yesterday to get my vote in. Based on what I was told some time ago...I mentioned its a shame my ISA holdings don't count....He challenged that and after a few minutes holding on he confirmed they could count...so they are...made my day.

fao Baserite......You make a good case for investing in Biotechnology.....the trouble is .....we invest with good faith, based on information presented to us.....
In simple terms...the business plan.....the potential market for the product/service (with a 50% chance of falling foul of the dreaded disease, treating cancers sits high on many of our priority lists) ....timing.....risk/reward....
I dont see any sign of delivery....if theres a genuine reason for the business plan to change ...so be it...were all grown ups.....what we dont like is smoke and mirrors....and theres plenty of smoke around vals core treatment lines....and every time I glimpse into the mirrors I see the reflection of increased head count...How are the salaries of new hirees being paid...whose delivering what?... Whose invested in Valirx...rather than just taking a salary....apart from Kevin and Suzy..what about the rest Mark, yZai, Kumar,cathy, stella.......etc....my frustration over floweth....back to basics please....status on core business plans.....then if any at risk.....a proposal for bridging the gap...eg 100% quaranteed significant revenue stream from 1 or more laboratories....when they will deliver etc etc

Message for Val BOD....deliver on past commitments.....if you cannot, then come clean, and far as Im concerned, someone has to fall on their sword...I'll nominate Dr Kevin Alexander.....Then put Suzy on probation for 6 months ...to focus on Vals core deliverables.....the ones, in good faith, we bought into.
Thats how we used to do things in the motor manufacturing Industry.....sod 'hearts and minds' .....eg ''so lucky to have kevin on board''.....respect for data....and there's plenty outstanding data for Val to focus delivering on.

If your 'take' is correct...try pursuadeing the Valirx BOD and staff to buy.....as they appear reluctant....well thats my 'take'..for what its worth and for what its worth good commanders lead from the front...takes courage .....but commands so much respect from the troops.

Hopefully, the VAl BOD will now stop congratulating each other with oodles of 'self praise' and reflect on the realities of the situation......To date, shareholder support has paid their salaries ......fact..

We had a bad experience with previous management....they just ignored us, did their own thing and paid the price.
History does have a habbit of repeating itself.
Im incleasingly sceptical......prove me wrong VAL BOD.....deliver value added.

We invested following a novel approach championed by the Val BOD.
To date nothing, of substance, has been delivered to reward shareholders, in fact the opposite.
Whats making matters worse is that we are now presented with a completely new business plan along the lines of a chain of laboratories. ranging from 1 to ?
I'm not one to mince my words, so be under no illusion, the Val BOD must come clean on the state of funding/development of their core business initiatives warts and all or all credibility will be lost.

More importantly when decent grammer was important to my communications my employer furnished me with exclusive services of an excellent secretary....lazy bugger arent I!

fair question Darth.....As far as Im concerned, I trust Suzy whereas I distrusted GM and SV....but Suzy has yet to prove herself...saying that she is a modest person but full of enthusiasm and self belief....Im happy to give her more time, but time is limited and I dont wish to have to suffer yet another placing....as the only ones that benefit are the rich and 'cute rich'..as Im ordinary Jo public....I can only take so much pain..... especially wallet pain!

Well done ICE and agree....I tried siiliar with similiar result.....mm's playing mind games as they know which way this share is headed.....just compare value of company based on share proce vs potential of anyone of the treatment lines currently under development......if any one is ditched there are several others to take its place.....undervalued is an understatement....and due to several factors associated with honest /but niave scientists posts being misinterpretated.....Im sure, once the touch paper is ignighted, the additional brain power/ street wisdom of new hirees will shine through ....'horses for course's and praise to Suzy in that she has recognized that....never too late to learn...and that coming from me...the oldest scolar in the class.
