I watched the presentation and decided there were two very expensive cogs in val mechanism which didn't appear to turn....One to the right of the ceo and one...very loud...gold plated noisy cog spinning around apparently doing nothing too.

God only knows how a CEO can manage those two...let alone the cogs sitting on the mantlepiece out of sight.
