Reading the article, on the Caddie site, I noted, this:
“Despite the impact of Covid......shipment is still on schedule, for end Q2, beg Q3”.
Also, pleased to see that our BoD, took the time, to mention, and comment on, our other “flagship” assets.
It is often easy to imagine, that our star is hitched, entirely, on the prospects, of Amapa part-ownership. Without any other guide ropes, pinning down our, albeit, diminishing, ‘clutch of assets’., and our hopes.
Much as I am crossing my fingers, and hoping, and wishing on all stars, satellites, spaceships, full moons, and new moons, that Amapa comes good, I don’t see the point, of forgetting everything else you own, just because there is a possibility, of owning something else. Whether that new bauble be bigger, and brighter than t’others, all put together. Or not.
Sun is still shining.
MLQ, or any other kind caddies, interested in, and knowledgeable about, tomorrow’s proposed “Dragon” take-off.
(I think it is 3:33, Fl time? Is that 10:33, our time?):
I now have a whole group of budding flying-objects-spotters, , pinning their hopes, on seeing the Dragon, or the host-to-be-Int spaceship, by receiving details from me.
I certainly have told them all, that I am merely passing on info, from those kind souls on here, who have given me the info.
And, I pass back on, here, that they are all thoroughly enjoying the experience of looking out, sometimes, successfully, for all satellites, space stations, etc.
I don’t think that it is entirely due to lockdown. I think that it is almost, entirely, due to EM, and his transformational circuit of star-train-satellites, and reusable Falcons, and flying Tesla, and now, a man-carrying-Dragon. He has brought, to the fore, a renewed, and rejuvenated, interested, in our skies above! (Having, apparently, conquered, the roads, and the batteries, and the energy storage, below.)
Just caught a glimpse of an electric test flight plane.....
With all of this launching everything we can, up into space, seemingly, the more the merrier.
And, digging underground, pulling out, and, tunnelling, everything we can, seemingly, the more the merrier.
Soon, we’re going to be a hollowed out, shell of an Earth, with more up, and over, than in. Ooh! The gravity of that!
Not sure if my counting is perfect (watching end of Hubble on the box right now...isn’t everyone?)
But, I think next Tues, 2nd June, is 7 weeks, ergo 49 days/60 days? (From 14 April - date from your post, Ob)
Therefore, end of the following week, is 60 days?
So, “within 60 days”..... blimey. 60 days seemed so far away, just 45 days ago...
Iron ore news, does appear to be more, back at the fore, of late.....however, with hindsight (which Hubble has just taken a picture of..) all of that lithium, and, all of those batteries, need to be contained within something....
we keep hearing about China, and Oz, and USA. And their jostling for dominance. It would be a treat to know what the UK’s plans are, as well, when it comes to commodities, and manufacturing. What are we going to dig up, and what are we going to buy in?
What a wonderful view, of the Space Station, last night!
I don’t often look in late, but, because of an extra-busy day, I did. Got the post, just in time!
So, MLQ, thanks to you, 3 of us saw it. One wonders if the astronauts could see us waving away.
How come, there were hardly any stars visible, on such a clear night, and yet the Space Station was as bright as the moon?
Friday, last working day of May. Last day of the week. Only so much crossing fingers, and wishing and hoping can achieve, how about some news?
Another stonking, sunny, beaut of a day, caddies!
Apologies if already posted, just flown in from garden to make my small contribution to clapping.
Apparently, the final night of clapping our thanks, to NHS, and all other essential, workers. And, those, who quietly keep the country, up and running.
Meantime, a chum mentioned Nissan to me, today.
And, I just heard in on the wireless.
Everyone already know?
Nissan are sticking to Sunderland, and not Barcelona, for their manufacturing.
Apparently, Sunderland are ahead of the game, when it comes to EV’s and crossovers.
So, some very good news for Sunderland. And jobs.
And, for the country, as well.
And, let’s hope they are setting a trend.
I thought I saw a glimmer of blue, last time I snuck a peek, during my chores today.
Plus ca change.
Tomorrow, the 29th, is the final working day of May.
Monday is 1st June.
Are the final results, the same as, the Annual Report?
If so, are they possibly, on the threshold of being announced?
It’s a corker of a sunny day out there.
A bit of a letdown, last night. Well, more of a non-uplift.
But, did I understand, correctly, that, there are 2 more attempts, already scheduled in the diary? (Because take-offs depend on the weather.)
And, the next one, is, for this Saturday - the 30th.
But, for “one hour earlier”
Wasn’t y’day’s lift-off scheduled for 4:33?
Which, would put the next attempt, @ 3:33, their time?
That would be Tesla-cool!
Cool outfits. A bit star-trekking.
Cool Tesla cars in the procession.
Did the Space Station still cross the skies, last night? Albeit, without the dragon onboard.
Happy, sunny, day, caddies
Oops! Just popped back, to check the times, to share with chums. (Garden needs quenching, asap)
I thought the thingamy I saw, said 21:50
MLQ, you say 20:54 - 20:55.
Is that something to do with BST?
(And no, I never remember when we are on it, or off it).
Banno? Don’t dragons smoke their own kippers?
Brill, MLQ! Big THANKS for that!
We have a (new, ie since-satellite-train launching), group of chums/near, and neighbours, who like to chat aloud, about these sightings, as they pass.
However, before now, MB has been the source of info, for me to pass onto them. So, really grateful for that. Hoping it will be a clear night.
Will begin earlier, and stay later, as, before, they have been a tad early/late.
I’ve heard a bit of chat on the box news channels, about EM, and the renewed phase of launching, from the US. What a guy!
Thanks again, MLQ.
And, safe return, to the crew!
Aren’t you kind, Banno! Big thanks.
Of course, I went, off course, using your buzz-words.
(Nowt to do with “trusting you”. It’s the links I don’t like to follow...”
After following loads of dead-ends, I found, via the ‘the ‘open’ words’, from the Mail on-line, I think, this:
Look South West at 9:50 tonight, to see it.
Ta, awfully, in advance.
Meantime, on the subject of taking-off, and sky gazing, must be something to do with the prefix EM....EMhie flying today!
Plus, Baccie got some mission-creep upwards.....
Caddie? In reverse.
Thanks again, Banno.
I miss MB.
Good morning caddies
As my trusty satellite and rocket schedule expert, MB, is, sadly, not posting at the moment, I wondered if anyone else knew, what time one could see the Dragon set off into space, today?
We’ve had clear, star-filled nights, of late.....saw a satellite skimming by, purely by chance, the night before last.
Would love to know where to look, and when, tonight? Today? Any knowledge, anyone could, kindly, share?
For sure, there must be at least one battery onboard the Dragon. And, probably a good ‘un.
Plus, frankly, anything, at all, connected to EM, is, for sure, important for, and to, the world of lithium, and batteries, and green energy.
To think otherwise, is to imagine that eggs, are not connected to chooks. And vice versa.
Without him, and his EMazing energy, and visionary ideas, I reckon we would still be thinking that EV’s, and battery-storage for energy, and all the other things some of us caddies, have hitched our wagons to, were something of a low-key, uncool, inefficient, aside. And, not the way forward.
Shareprice lousy again, despite the MacMins RNS y’day.
But, sun is still shining, so, try to have a happy day, caddies.
Hopefully, someone, somewhere, is taking that sunshine energy, and storing it, in a big ol’ battery, or, even a little one, for future use!!
