StarBright. Wouldn't you top slice if you bought a shed load of shares for 0.5p? I bet many have. That said, you might check the headlines on the front cover of the Financial Times. Hyper-inflation will come as government spending spirals out of control. The price of silver is going to rise and rise. We'll make money, unless our silver mining prospects are full of dust.

I know very little about how shares and AIM works, but do you really take Bill Brodie Good as a pump and dumper? Things needs clarifying. I suggest that people sit on their hands until we know the details.

@SBK. I'm new to the LSE and this message board even though I've been reading others posts for about a year. I currently own 5.6 million shares in UFO. Please don't include me in your list of unethical pumpers/rampers. Not guilty.

I don't think it has any effect at all. However, you will be forced to buy the shares at a future date, whatever the price. Get that wrong and you stand you lose a lot of money. It pays if you can convince holders to sell for no good reason, then you buy at the reduced price.

MrSipp. Be careful not to cut yourself on a falling knife, but be ready to watch the share price shoot back up again. I'm not the only one buying here. If somebody thought they were going to massively short UFO this week, they got it wrong. But they sure have given it a good go.

@MrSipp. I feel like a bit of a muppet as I've purchased about £20k of UFO shares over the last three days. Talk about trying to catch a falling knife! But I'm a glutton for punishment and will buy a few grand more if the price keeps dropping. I definitely got the feeling today that Mr. MM didn't want to sell anymore shares to me, at least not at 1.15 or below. Tomorrow is another day. Might be an idea to wait until about about 9.30 before dipping your toes in.

@MrSipp. Why will there be a further dip in the share price? We've just absorbed a massive, hidden, selloff. There isn't likely to be anymore in the pipeline. I've been in companies that have moved massively in price, for no logical reason, and they all appear to be legitimate to me. AMC is a case in point.

I can't see what all the fuss is about. Haven't most of us sat on paper losses of 70+ percent, for many months, before making a substantial profit?

@C999. Take a look at Katoro Gold. I'm lucky enough to have a few shares there. They are awaiting an RNS regarding a gold tailings project.

@DC. I think we are pretty safe. The MM seems to be dropping the share price and then limiting the amount we can buy. I'm no fan of negotiated orders. I managed to buy £2k @1.15 this morning, I don't think I'll get the chance again.

Don't we know we are onto a winner when the UK Royal Mint starts touting "DigiGold"? Are they running out of the real stuff? How long before we see DigiSilver?

My little buy of £2k @1.15 is showing as a sell, but if it encourages others to sell I'm happy to buy more.

@Chris. Don't it hurt like hell when you can't get back in? I'm happy for you to snipe from the sidelines whilst the rest of us turn a profit.

@haso. Isn't value really all about confidence? I mean, how much is a UK pound or US dollar really worth? Aren't they ultimately just electronic numbers and pieces of paper? We have rights to lots of metals, surely that's real value?

If you believe that UFO is the next EUA how about you sit on your hands and wait for the share price to rise and rise?
