It's impressive how fast things move Soup.

DG only resigned at the end of June 2020 and Oxilio's interest in NXP001 became known in September. Then TRX get together in March (as you say the same time as Oxilio sign up) and spend 6 months achieving "a breakthrough in the development of a novel drug targeting technology".

"Dan adds: 'As we were incubating the technology, we were aware that it would be relevant to a number of companies with projects re-developing known drugs – projects hoping to maximise the potential of new science in areas of unmet need.' "

It's great news that it is speeding up the time to get new drugs into clinical trials. I wonder when Oxilio first became aware of this new technology and decided to take it on?

According to the link below, it was founded on May 9th 2019. That was just a few weeks before the NXP001 results came out which sent the company into orbit from around 3p to 14-15p.

Who knows, he might have an even bigger stake in TRX. Even if all the other stuff disappoints then at least he's got a piece of the NXP001 action. Shrewd move.

Just hope there is no conflict of interest here. The terms of our deal with Oxilio have been kept in the shadows. I really do hope we got a fair deal

Let's remember a block of 500,000 shares is still only £6.5. Hardly big hitter stuff!

I'll be impressed if I start seeing blocks of at least 3m going through at the Ask.

Did they not change it to Q4 first and then say later, in response to a question in the Q&As that there were no delays? They could have been saying that there have been no further delays since their previoud update?

Is it also possible that the inhaler results are part of the overall NXP002 package. They may be known but there is no point announcing it until all the data is in because it might rendered worthless is there is a problem elsewhere? That would be valid

They shouldn't be delaying the announcement of any data test results from shareholders or the market in order to negotiate a deal.

It would mean that the other party had inside knowledge of price sensitive information that could be to their advantage if it delayed/prevented the market from increasing the valuation of the company in line with those results.

Entry into negotiations with an interested party is also price sensitive, in my opinion. That too should be made public, albeit not through a Times article with fantasy figures.

I'm not feeling it just yet Mars.

I completely agree about the CEO.

It is without doubt the single most damaging thing that has impacted valuation this year. I don't understand why the PR machine isn't looking to reassure that things are in hand with regards to finding a replacement, even though we can't see it. They must be talking to potentials unless the plan is not to replace and that would only happen in 2 scenarios that I can think of.

It should higher than 3p. The Allenby estimate of between 1.7p to 3.4p was before ANY deal was struck. Oxilio was signed after that, a global oncology deal for which no value has been attached as yet. Our sp dropped!

As mentioned yesterday VAL have risen from 18p to nearly 50p just for agreeing to spend 75k funding some pre-clinical tests on university hopeful treatment for cancer.

We have to be undervalued.

VAL have risen on nothing other than hot air. Another 15% today!

Just shows you what could happen here once the market gets a whiff of any good news

Looks like someone has noticed the Aprepitant link from yesterday.

Still smallish trades but a really nice change for them to be definite buys. I hope we've just bounced off the absolute bottom here.
