I've just had a look at the website (out of boredom).

There seem to be new names on the Advisory Board that I don't recall from previous checks. There's a legal chap called Lindeman who works on IP that I don't remember seeing before. I could be wrong. Has anyone else noticed any changes?

When you look at it practically, there are alot of ex-directors still holding alot of shares with alot of previous attempts to offload. They were steering the ship when it went off course. My preference would be for them to have to sweat it out like the rest of us.

Until news comes out there is no reason to suspect that this anything other than the usual pump n dump.

Whilst I agree that the company appears to have plugged its leaks, I would say that it needs to show further evidence before I would call it anything like stable and consistent.

To do that they would (as Chablard quite rightly pointed out this morning) have to demonstrate that they are indeed using funds to accelerate business development.

Until we see that, nothing has changed.

You'd hope so but will we get really some action or will the next RNS simply be a repeat of the one we got earlier this year, telling us that no progress has been made on account of the new lockdown?

To be honest, I think a lockdown is a complete waste of time without shutting schools as well. They have always been hotbeds for transmitting bugs and kids are not that careful when it comes to social distancing. They're just going to pass it around amongst themselves and then take it home.

As grim as things may be getting though, there may never be a better opportunity for NFX to shine. It would be great to know what progress they are now achieving with those new funds. Any sign of that CEO yet, Chris?

You say that the deal is "100% real and exceptionally likely". On what evidence is that based other than forward looking statements in an RNS? The fact is that there is no deal yet. There is, however, growing evidence to the contrary. Directors leaving and major shareholders dumping their holdings does not suggest transformational deals are imminent. Is anybody really that stupid that they would sell millions of shares if they thought it was about to multi-bag on transformational news, just because they didn't like the people that they used to work with?

Just more evidence pointing towards a Kissei deal being non-existent. Kissei closing deals elsewhere, 12 months since original rumours, an exodus of directors and heavy selling from major shareholders.

If anything happens with NXP002 then my guess is that it will be with a completely different partner....and the recent heavy selling doesn't suggest that anything along those lines is imminent.

These (ex) directors that have huge holdings, is that because they have put their own money into the startup as initial capital or are they just 'awarded' for being on the board?

I have heard some mention that these shares are 'free' and therefore give a profit regardless of how low the price is when sold. Surely that cannot be true. Are the sells for pure profit or are they simply recovering as much of their initial outlay as they can now that they have left because they need it for something else.

I would like to see a CEO appointment ASAP to show that they have a plan that they are working to. They said they needed a CEO to drive things forward, ergo things are not going to move to quickly without one. I was rather hoping they were a couple of steps ahead on that and would have an RNS quickly the placing was finalised.

With regards to theories about this being a 100 bagger, I thought the NFX strategy was to build up a portfolio and then sell it on. If they don't plan to develop in house then is that really feasible? Would they not just get taken out sooner?

The volume jumped up significantly at around the time the price dropped 10%.

It's lovely how the price has coincidentally risen just in time for those shares to come to market.

Does anyone know if the company is obliged to note at some point whether or not it is aware of any reasons for a sudden price movement.

I have seen these before but I'm not sure if it is a mandatory requirement where there is no known reason. If it mandatory is then I suppose the silence could be golden.
