This company has given me some indigestion over the past year. Is it ever going to deliver anything other than shareholder misery?

If the personal reasons for his departure are health related, for either himself or a loved one, then I can only wish him all the best and hope things workout.

I just hope now that whatever it is that Anne is planning, it doesn't involve massive dilution and a further long, drawn-out wait for existing shareholders. We've suffered enough.

I haven't 100% written off Vistagen either at the moment. I know nothing has been reported and its highly likely that it amounted to little more than a small service revenue but the Vistagen fundraise has sparked the tiniest of hopes that we may somehow fit in when things start to unfold in March.

CB does seem to like holding his cards close to his chest.

Certainly won't be happy if that was THE update for Q1 2021!

12.5m USD does not seem like an awful lot though. Sounds more like firesale numbers, particularly when the purchasing company was able to buy a branch from Novartis for circa 1bn.

I just got a notification from CNBC as follows:

Since when has a market ever benefitted from a drop off in trade volume and when has it ever resulted in a market rally (unless its on the shorting side)?

It's difficult to tell what is BS and what is not these days.

Raising funds at this price would prove that they have no negotiations in play that are likely to lead to a deal in the short term.

So all that talk of an NXP002 deal in Asia being under discussion for the past year would have been nonsense.

I agree that it felt a bit like a job interview. Nothing more than a coffee morning introduction to her background and absolutely zero about the progress made by the company.

My heart sank further when she said she was looking forward to telling us about what our strategic options are in Q1. It sounds to me that that is all we are going to get.

As each day passes now and the share price slips further, my expectations of being stiffed here increase. I'm half expecting to wake up one morning to an RNS for a paltry MBO offer.

Interesting to note that she said she worked at Skyepharma, who were bought out by Vectura. I wonder if she knows CB from those days?
