Anyone know what the reason might be for all the small sub-100 volume trades that are showing up?

It seems odd to trade in such small amounts unless you are not subject to commission....or Is it just the P&D brigade attempting to fool the gullible into believing that the MM's are sending secret codes to one another about a potential move?

Anne will have to mention something about the Ox deal in the results, at the latest. It's been too long now without any signs of progress. If Ox are still looking for funds then why not say so, if there are known deadlines which stretch later into the year then why not make them clear?

As usual with NFX, I suspect that no news does not necessarily mean good news.

I thought that huge black cloud of uncertainty would be breaking up by now. Desperately need to see some blue sky for a change.

Just around 2 weeks to go now until results are due.

Will Anne break the mould and deliver some much needed shareholder value by closing the elusive Oxilio deal beforehand...or will we get the usual dollop of disappointment with a little phrase tucked away in the results which says something like:

"Oxilio: Whilst this agreement has provided Nuformix with undisclosed revenue and certain milestone payments, the Board does not believe that the agreement is material for the Company's ongoing strategy or future revenue prospects."

Yep a poor deal is no good but if it brings in a few 100k to stave off another placing and further dilution before the NXP002 research is done then I think that would be better than nothing.

Remember we have a part time board now who have farmed out most of the work to be done to 3rd parties. Who knows how much time they are actually devoting to NFX over and above their other pet projects. It could very little.

I'm not convinced that much effort is going into getting us the best deal possible for anything at the moment. We were supposed to have someone trying to salvage the Asian talks for NXP002, did they ever bother getting someone to try or has that been put on the back-burner while they wait for things to get done.

It's beginning to feel like NFX is just being kept warm until someone can be bothered to take it off our hands.

If they don't get anything then the price will slump further, making us even more vulnerable to vultures. It also increases the likelihood of another placing as there will be no revenue to backup the last one.

If the news is delayed until the results then it will most likely be bad news that can't be put off any longer.

I remember your post about them having their listing on TSX pushed back due to late book keeping. I therefore wasn't sure if the deal was done. I would have thought that the existing Kelly's shareholders might have the option to reconsider if Ebers books are not in order or something unknown comes to light as a result that could have significant ramifications for Kelly's going forward (i.e. being blocked or de-listed from the TSX for some reason).

It used to pop up whenever I entered 'Ebers Tech' into Google but seems to have completely disappeared. I think the address was Ebers.ca but that doesn't work either. I check it from time to time to see if they change any colours (not much else on there really) but was intrigued by its apparent disappearance.

I just don't understand why, for our most advanced product, you wouldn't go full time and try to develop CINV business for that at the same time.

You might even stumble across someone interested in both both CINV and oncology potential. That would be helpful if Oxilio is turning into another dead-end.

I may have asked this before but I can't remember if it was answered: didn't they have a US patent for NXP002 before the current application, which referred to the inhaled product?

What has actually changed with the wording that makes this application different and more important?

I'm not convinced Oxilio and Ebers are linked but I do wonder if the old boardroom divisions have manifested outside the company and are now somehow now exerting influence elsewhere.

Things seem to be dragging out while we get weaker. If they are both looking to ultimately control different bits of IP then would it not make sense for them to starve us into administration and then carve up what's left behind closed doors, rather than risk and bidding war?
