My broker forwarded an AGM voting slip for the resolutions. I recall it having some kind of tick box to say whether or you planned to attend in person.

If you haven't received the voting slip yet then perhaps request it from your broker.

I want to believe that the apparent lack of activity means they know they are onto a sure thing when the data comes through. Problem is, everything we've witnessed over the past 18 months screams otherwise. Why can't they just do something to instill confidence for a change....like finalise Oxilio before the AGM

Post resignation, it now feels increasingly to be the case that the 'data driven approach' has been a bit of a dodge.

Why wait for data before you even start business development activities? Why limit your chances of bumping into someone who might like what they see and jump in early?

I understand that viewpoint too.

I just think that we deserve something better after all the promises and delays. If we'd have got the mediocre deal we expected weeks ago when the sp was nearer 3p, we might have seen some stability form around that level. Serving up the same deal now, after allowing the price to crash even further, just adds insult to injury.

However, if they can deliver something better than expected then the delay might be justified, especially if it attracted new investors (not traders) and saw a retrace back above 3-4p.

I hope this delay in finalising an Oxilio deal is worth it.

I know disappointment has been our bread and butter for the last 18 months but if the best Anne can muster here is a paltry few 100k upfront with a low single digit royalty capped at 2m then we shall savour that delightful withering feeling once more.

All we need now is for the management to make it worth protecting.

Same old BS. In a few days time we'll probably see the rest of todays entrants panic and dump and they'll drag the price down even further.

I can't imagine the atmosphere at the meeting being anything other than awkward if the Oxilio situation hasn't been finalised or clarified before then.

NXP001 is just our version of Apprepitant (i.e it isn't the only one out there) so I suppose Oxilio could have sourced what they need from somewhere else, without too much difficulty, if the talks had faltered.

They haven't done that as yet, so they must like what they see. Just hope that hasn't diminished in light of recent events.

You said it felt like a key week. There's still one more day to go before that lapses. Fingers crossed.

That should have been done from day one really, after the option was exercised. The process should have been made clear to all. It's now beginning to look like Oxilio have been given a runway to dawdle and dither for as long as they want.

The management of this company over the last 18 months has been farcical. How can so many people get it so wrong?

I just hope that there does turn out to be someone, somewhere who is willing to take this off our hands soon without stealing it from us.

are speculative too. How do you know for sure what news we are going to get and which way the market will react to it?

Good data might be the only thing that enables us to attract a half-decent CEO, so it is key.

As far as Oxilio is concerned, if they knew as little about AB's departure as the board did then they might be asking questions. It all depends on how reliant they are on us as a partner going forward. If the reliance is minimal and they are protected no matter what happens to us then the deal may be unaffected and proceed as planned. Otherwise, Anne will have to reassure them that her departure will not cause any problems.
