Wouldn't you at least like to know why he left first?

I agree that, since his departure, the company has gone from bad to worse but why was he forced to resign?

It cannot have been his own decision as he was compensated for loss of office, so who decided it was for the best and why?

I believe that it has had a severe material impact on shareholders and we therefore deserve to know. If he was forced out simply because he didn't deliver what he promised then I think that decision may have been a very bad one, as no-one else has done any better. If there was another reason then I would want to know what it was before considering any reinstatement.

I'm fully aware of the algorithmic shortcomings, Soup. Just as I'm aware that some unscrupulous traders might be tempted to manipulate it to try and convince the gullible that folks are buying rather than selling

Well, on the day when Soup highlights what could be the first glimmer of a deal being closed, our own special brand of P&D trading genius offload nearly 3.5 million shares at what is most likely a loss. Fathom that, if you can!!

I think we can safely assume that the same talented 'investors' will be selling heavily upon the slightest rise once the RNS finally drops.

I expect AB will be keen to get the RNS out before she has to face the AGM. It will tick a box and no doubt further vindicate her decision to resign amongst her loyal fan base.

Strange. I seem to recall Alastair Riddell saying just a couple of weeks back that the board shared our confusion and frustration at AB's shock resignation. I think he said something along the lines of "Maddy, Julian and I were going nowhere".

It might be tricky keeping a steady hand on the tiller when you've lost your captain and the crew are serving half their time on another ship!

Oops. Nearly forgot to give credit to the rampy P&D traders and their supporters who appear sporadically on various boards. They often make out they are fully invested, shout down critics and are also usually sycophants to previous track records despite watching the sp collapse. One has to wonder why they seem so determined to convince others that they would be investing into such safe hands. You might be forgiven for jumping to the conclusion that it is so they can get out with their measly 2%

Yes, she hasn't breached her contract, which is a good thing.

By the way, I don't disagree that the assets are undervalued otherwise I wouldn't be here.

Our problem is and always has been shortcomings in leadership. What use are valuable assets if the guys in charge can't stick around long enough to build meaningful business relationships with partners.

Her career history is of no relevance to us if we lose our investment and Vectura has nothing to do with this. Until I see something to give me confidence then I remain sceptical. If the potential is so great then why would she want to leave?

Like I said earlier, if she delivers before she goes then I wish her all the very best. I also hope that your decision to invest substantially at this point turns out to be a good one.

My broker forwarded an AGM voting slip for the resolutions. I recall it having some kind of tick box to say whether or you planned to attend in person.

If you haven't received the voting slip yet then perhaps request it from your broker.

I want to believe that the apparent lack of activity means they know they are onto a sure thing when the data comes through. Problem is, everything we've witnessed over the past 18 months screams otherwise. Why can't they just do something to instill confidence for a change....like finalise Oxilio before the AGM

They could have really been in control, if only they hadn't left.
