I would not be hyping up the sp based on any decent figures for the next results. We have seen past decent result have done virtually zilch to raise the sp.

IAG needs to bank their profits, not go on a spending spree acquiring smaller fish. Spend on debt reduction, spend on building internal systems to function better, invest more is SAF (it's what 'investors' want to see) that sort things, reinvest into the company, not make CEO's and directors richer.

So, for all to see the UK markets are virtually dead in terms of trading numbers and the US are closed today.

Now I don't want to put 2+2 and come up with the sensible answer, as tempted as I am.

I hear you have to park at T5 just to drop someone off, even Taxi's have to pay to park and drop off fares. Which of course adds to the cost and inconvenience.

It all adds to the 'experience' whether good or bad. LHR is a major pain at best.

All planes are leased anyway, I'm sure they have people in procurement that use current exchange rates to put aside for short near term deals, such as fuel, staffing etc.

Despite all the messaging from the travel industry meeting stating that numbers were almost at 2018-2019 levels and demand for leisure travel is strong.

Makes you wonder if there is another agenda...

And they have a better global reach, as they are allowed into Russian airspace, so cutting to Asia is good and they have to support lots of footballers with their adverts.
