putin is someone that has climbed the ranks, knows everyone with any power, knows how to deal with people that are on the level. merkel knew him, she came from a similar background.

he clawed his way up, not saying he is not culpable for crimes, he is without doubt guilty.

but you look at his opposition through the years in the us, an actor, a yeehaw cowboy, a philanderer con man, another nepo-baby cowboy that went on a ****** to please his daddy, a lawyer, another conman and finally a really corrupt senile derelict that has allegiances to israel and corporations. and you can see why he is 'popular'.

the corruption within western governments is the main reason i gave up my us citizenship. it was a no brainer and hopefully one more year i can dump the uk passport too.

One CEO is looking to create a legacy, the other (you can guess) just want to collect his paycheck and annual bonus with options.

Debt is a problem, but not unmanageable. But again, if management do not lay out a plan for potential investors, this will not go anywhere.

There needs to be a roadmap to reducing debt.

Big investors have no appetite for a poorly run company. The management seemed really unprofessional at the market day conference, looked like some could barely get dressed that morning.

I cannot explain it, and repeating 'patience is required' just does not cut it anymore.

Looking at the 'valleys' between the periods mentioned, this valley has been a lot longer, stayed lower. I don't think we can look at this in the same context as previous periods, the climate has changed to much, too many geopolitical events have marred that pattern. And, I suspect more to come, being this an election year for the yanks and so more and more pushing and shoving coming.

I hope I am wrong, but this will not be like other cycles.

Roy, because out of stubborn principle (cannot explain it). I will get out of it, in the next month, already dumped around 50k and bought RR, to add to my existing holding, that has made a nice profit so far.

I did buy HE1 last week, dumped £1100 into it, looked this morning and I'm up 900%, sold! I thought it was a mistake, but went to sell and there it was. I do not recommend doing that to anyone else, I just has some cash sitting in the trading account

I am reminded of THG and how that tanked, never to rise again. Once big investors leave, they tend to not dip back in.

Someone wrote yesterday that this is due a retrace and I was thinking a retrace?? From where? It has been going down steadily for a year, to over 10% loss in one year.

I hope not, would be a shame to go down to £2.11!
