I like reading all the positive posts about SMR, I personally think they are the way forward, until uranium runs out (experts claim 2100).

But anyone else think these will never be allowed to take off, merely for the fact that our government and others will never want oil, gas or coal to not be used. They rake in billions in tax from those alone each year, not to mention all the bribes that the 'lobbyists' hand out. Where will there private jets come from once no one needs fossil fuels?
