you will have issues with all UK banks transferring funds out of the UK, let alone to Russia.

What we did was open a 'digital bank', then transferred all funds into their GBP account, also opened a EURO account , USD and CHF account. once in the GBP account you can transfer to any one of your our currency accounts. There are many like that, we use 'Wise' and have done so for about 8 years, no issues what so ever and I rather trust them over UK high street banks. Stay away from HSBC and Barclays!!!
