I just don't how any country, including the UK, that are pushing so hard for EV take up, AI and all that other 'stuff', when they do not have the resources to power any of it, at their current (!!) energy supply? Green energy alone will be useless, SMR has to be the answer, unless, they don't expect people to be able to travel?

They want 100% EV by 2035? Good luck with that. EV's are generally a pain, I know, I own one and it's only used for 'local' driving as I can charge at home. Policy makers are such ignorant people, narcissists probably.
