Nobody serious pays any attention to broker price targets…They have a conflict of interest, the upgrades/downgrades are reactive and are often purposefully misleading.

What's the multiyear obsession with shorters? Short interest is low and largely institutional, the smaller undisclosed positions shouldn't be keeping everyone awake at night.

Every share is managed to some extent, the problem Harbour has is the long queue of determined sellers at any price.
