Off topic but that's because the latter don't seek the limelight and rarely do interviews...They almost always collect the biggest bonuses each year, but they don't hold executive titles which mandate the financial institution to disclose remuneration and identify the person. You'll only know through word of mouth...

You're also taking on equity risk for just a few % over the risk-free rate. It's hardly a no-brainer of an investment, hence the low volume and lack of real interest outside sleepy UK funds. This income stock model is appealing for some, but not for many.

LGEN still craters an easy 20% during credit and stress events too, it's far from immune...

Copper crashed yesterday precisely because Trump has exempted ores and concentrates from 50% tariffs...It now seems that only pipes and wires will be subject to this.

The stockpiling and copper price surge over the last few months was predicated on the assumption that the new tariffs would capture "everything copper". Now it's unwound violently...

Glenda share price YTD has seen little benefit to that copper price surge, but unfortunately I suspect it will now take a disproportionate hit this morning. Copper mining was only around a quarter of 2024's EBIT, so hopefully it's not a -10% hit job...
