Hawi - £2.9m is revenue. If you're attempting to apply a multiplier valuation to earnings from a one-off settlement, you'll be sorely disappointed like many others on here.

Hawi - 25 x revenue at £2.9m = 72.5, assume cash is £5m = £77.5m + your hypothesis of £40m cash = £117.5m /322m shares gives a share price of 36.49p meaning the share price would currently be overvalued in that scenario.
