Some time ago, Mike said the company could be turned into an IP shell just to pursue litigation if commercialisation failed to materialise. This was with the view that the main value was in litigation.
After Brian lied about the expected outcome from this litigation and falsely asserted it was more than the company had ever estimated despite evidence to the contrary, suddenly the commercialisation is the focus again.
My point is, don't expect very much.
The cash from any commercialisation is years away yet if we ever get there.
This might be why the shares are so oversold at the moment. What's there to get excited about?
