Looking at the recent trades and seeing LOAM top up has made me think something is brewing again here.
I think we're about to get some major news and I think it might be a bid process personally.
The valuation is ridiculous.

I did that earlier and it looks like VRS are at risk of extremely large dilution or administration.

44p would value the company at £141m which is plausible given the aspects I find difficult to value, but I personally think that's too lofty unfortunately.

Considerably lower? Is that because the license model of $200m - $250m is the gross amount? - all the fees would make it lower. All very well, but this was calculated on just the US, which is a third of the globe and without 2 years+ of sales.
In reality, even by this model the amount awarded is absolutely scandalous!

Aqua we know the company has £77.4m to be attributed to their accounts with a tiny cash burn of £0.1m.
The factory is worth around £10m
The sensing applications and 2D divisions are worth something.
The IP is worth something.
There's currently £87.4m clearly quantifiable value with the rest a little more subjective. Discount the cash slightly for the small burn.
I've been roundly criticized for my attempts to value the rest of the business, but something I think we all agree on, is there is at least £87m of value for starters - That alone is 27p.
This is an absurd valuation reflective of the apathy towards Nanoco and who can complain after years of disappointments?

I suppose they can mislead us in that regard if they miss the earlier deadline, just like the settlement.

We've seen it all before with the production orders due for end of 2023, but who knows this time hey? This is definitely oversold, but remains underwhelming.
I hope it pushes on a little today.

The sensing market about £5m, the IP around £10m

Samsung will pay up, it's a cracking deal for them and the consequence of the trial is damages of hundreds of millions+ just for the US. It's not something that has to come in an RNS. It will be referenced in any results. People here are clutching at straws, hoping for good news to give some boost to the beleaguered share price.
The current valuation is a ludicrous discount, but the chart looks dire. The chart suggests closer to 10p unfortunately.
