What’s peoples views on how David’s compensation package is going to made up? Surely going to need some shares. All this unsubstantiated chatter about a 20% discounted placement doesn’t help fill me with confidence, but keep asking myself what justification is there to place with £77m cash in the bank.
Do you think they will create another non diluting ‘phantom share’ plan for him?

Yes a provocative subject header, but am so frustrated.
At £11.80 in January was hooked into this continuing to grow. Never brought into the £54 a share hype but >£15 a share was achievable. Never sold any as like most LTH's here.
Then unforeseen news. £8 new base line cant drop below this. Well undervalued. Brought more (my biggest tranche) hind sight eh!
Drift to £6.90, absolute bottom was called. Brought more, 2nd biggest tranche
Drop to £4. This cannot go any lower. Brought more, scrimping all available cash to avg down.
Then we see £3.
Now in the high £2's.
So at £2 all will shout there is no way can it go that low. Well heard that all the way through the year. Nothing surprises me no more. Now knocking on the door.
Too emotionally involved in the share, been my downfall.
Shorters have this now. Let's see where we go.

Well it's not like he has big shoes to fill. Is shocking the demise of this company in 2021, some out of BOD hands, but far from innocent. Connection with shareholders has been awful. Greed & Contempt come to mind.

* Many resolutions are rejected by holders.
* LFT's today delayed 6 months for good measure

Many expectations floated, but not sure this how the majority here thought it would go, including myself.
Just hoping is the calm before a breakout upwards. October normally better for BTC. Let’s hope it starts a drive up & reignite the SP.

Just hoping goes through without any surprises or upset. Know some have taken a negative approach to voting with SP performance this year. Not sure a large enough amount to influence the vote, but be good to get it squared away.

Then DA will take the reins in a few weeks. Hopefully then more investor engagement will start.

I was thinking your view when I saw your call which was close to spot on, was such a discount with lack of lock in. Sold 2/3 had to leave a 1/3 in as FOMO if wrong & it zoomed to $25+
Have some funds available now to hopefully end up with more shares than I did this morning.

Anyone here last year will recall was a s***show on the vote. This year bit more modernised Vs sending in scraps to Mandy.
The fact been chasing us for votes today (already sent mine in) is not filling me with much confidence.
Non scientific Twitter poll was like 76% not voted. Last thing this fragile share needs is more humps in the road.

forgot what blue looked like. Nice rise from nothing. Lets hope the AGM vote goes through okay & no noise or issues from that & maybe can start to work back up.
