Pure speculation on my part.

Share price has been manipulated this low, in order to lower the 20 day moving average. Thus giving opportunity for a the offer price to look like a significant higher premium.

£7.35 per share valuing the company at £500m & a 100% premium to investors.

Lets' be honest most of us would take that. Also the new acquirer would re-coup the spend in months if selling £80m a month with a 50% EBITA.

Would anyone sell at £3.15 with all the news to come ?

Heading into £100m a MONTH in sales revenue, with a amazing 50% profit into cash. Also new revenue streams coming on line Exsig & MAG + mobile testing to potentially increase £ further

Entire MCAP less than 3 months of sales without applying any P/E.

AIM is a strange world indeed. Herd mentality rather than true value appreciation rules the day. Most off to find the next gold miner to find a cornflake of gold & a 200% rise.

MM's went on a misson today imo to accumulate shares ahead of the up coming news. Big drops, taking out SL's all the way down.

The person who had his/her 66k postion taken out on a £3.50 limit must be rather gutted. Imo will soon see that as a >£99k loss of potential

Annoyingly made the decision just last Thursday to use the last chunk of my cash to buy at £4.23. Was happy at that price. Expected a rise to £4.50 before news this week.. Was not expected £3.50 to be seen again.
Super calm on investment, it will be back towards £5 very soon. Just annoyed on how many more shares I could have brought at this price.

IMO for new PI’s it like a blue cross sale day but without the queues. Buy 2 get one Free at this price

Clearly there is 6 there :), cos I dont rate HEMO as even deserving to be in the 5.

So much chat on the Covid '5' (coining that). I wish the other investors well but just need to highlight that 4 of these are I'm afraid PUNTS (this all just my opinion)

Medium risk;
* ODX/AVCT - In race to be the anti-body home kit winners. - PUNT- As we still do not have an anti-body test passed as fit for use. Also with the proven studies of people producing little to no anti bodies even though having the infection, not sure how they are going to get over that. Maybe a Sub 95% accuracy ends of good enough?

Higher risk;
*TILS/SNG - Treatments to help people recover whilst ill. PUNT- Not only have to get it passed on human trials but then have to get sales to the market. Is PHE going to pay for this ? No guarantee. Their own people saying 80% confident will work.

Highest risk (imo);
* HEMO- Just seems to have jumped on the covid wagon. Rise from a 1p to 10p. What they are bringing i cant see. We working on a treatment for something else but might work on Covid-19. PUNT. Wouldn't put past a placement at this price, fund raise to keep the company going whilst on the covid-19 gravy train. - I will see how this ends up (@9.2p for my ref)

Low risk;
NYCT - The only of the covid '5' to be actually producing real cash. Order book full & scaling up to 8m tests to try keep up. £80m per month revenue. New direct to PCR test coming this month making more efficient in cost & labs getting the results. Selling to 120 countries. USA results still to land. One of only 3 tests approved by WHO. Still 100% accuracy across +8000 strains. Antigen currently the only way to support the world testing program. Primer Design test proven 'best in world'. - Investment- Cash generating, huge demand for 2020. - 2021 we'll have to assess.

In AIM contracts like this (which is addition to previous news) are rarer than rocking horse s hite.

I have seen AIM shares rocket after finding a cornflake of gold in the ground, with the mine un-financed & 7 yrs away.

This is amazing news. Real money, real contracts & number one test in the world (proven).

Super comfortable holding these. Just surprised the lack of lift.
