The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
I'm being talked about even when I'm not here lol. The desperation of some people. I had concerns once we were suspended and no update on relationship for some time. Those concerns grew when the nomad resigned. The concerns have reduce a little with the new nomad appointment. Now I wounder why whi resigned and why were are still suspended. And before someone says whi did not resign, its in the rns and surly our bod would not lie?
I'm here because I cannot sell up.
I don't spend too much time on here. Thanks for the correction.
Has this board been based on fact. We have had months of speculation. What is fact is that the appointment of a new nomad is good and welcomed news. What is not so clear is we are still suspended. It would be a real kick if we were delisted due to being in suspension for more than 6 months, which I belive to be the case.
Do you mean fairy? They are real.
And the reason I mention all this, wish I had not, was that the bod may have lacked a key skill when it came to legal skills. Whi might not have been able to facilitate an asset sale etc with the current bod credentials . To appoint a new nomad and a new bod member at the same time to me suggests a link.
Jester, same message for you. Take your time reading before you reply
Ian, re-read what I wrote, maybe putting your finger under each word as you go along.
That whi resigned due to inexperience of the bod. This is a valid reason for resignation. The delay on the new nomad could have been due to delays with the appointment of our new bod member. The existing bod by no means lacked business or mining experience. Maybe there was a clear legal skill hole needed for an assessed sale that whi were not happy with? Just a thought
Well done bod. I owe an apology for some negativity. Exciting times ahead.
Eleanor, I almost reported your post but stupidly I belive on free speach. Even our of your foul mouth
Matt, if you are reading this I meant no offence, upset or disrespect. There are a few speaking on your behalf. I genuinely felt for you.
Firstly, matt has not expressed any thoughts of suicide. Secondly it was a generalised statement, thirdly I hope matts friends are good friends and do not blame him. Hopefully they understand that they made their own minds up and did their own research. We were all introduced to this share by someone somehow. We may not know this person. It may have been a post on another thread. But we won't blame them for anything that goes wrong here.
Thank you spikeyj. Some people assume everyone is as low as they are
My concern for matt and anyone else who is worried is true. Debt is a horrible thing and anyone who faces it can sometimes loose track of what is really important. I am serious in saying it is not worth taking your life over. You will leave a whole lot more behind you. Gfd, please don't undermine my concern. I am invested here, have nothing to gain if we delist. Equally I understand the seriousness of our current position.
I think we will hear nothing this week until the day of deadline. Then an rns saying a new nomad has not be found and delisting will present. There will be no further details.

"Taking into account the fact that companies will face logistical and other challenges while the current circumstances subsist, Rule 41 will be relaxed, at the discretion of AIM Regulation, so that any AIM company whose securities have been suspended between 30 September 2019 and 1 July 2020 may have a further six months to resolve the reason for the suspension before the admission to trading of those securities is cancelled.
Nomads should contact AIM Regulation if any AIM company needs this additional time to resolve the suspension of its securities and request restoration to trading.
For the avoidance of doubt, any AIM company whose securities are suspended from trading must continue to comply with the AIM Rules for the duration of the suspension. "
