It does seem like the ministry of mining is playing seriously hard ball though.

Of you check out the new policy doc, you can see the ministry of mining have signing of the MDA targeted for 22/23 financial year (p29 I think). Lots of rumblings going on. More than meets the eye.

MDA News expected any day. However it has been expected any day for the last 6 months. More likely to hear rumbles from the malawi gov/ministry of mining before a formal RNS (just based on past news).

We are in a junior mining stock, so delays are expected. That being said, this is a very long delay. However, it's my view that we are becoming less of a junior mining stock and more of a green/critical minerals tech company with the possibility of a huge saleable shovel ready mine to propel growth.
