That article green , confirms what lending actions the EIB are willing/going to do for CRM mining companies . I think I have posted B4 . EIB will only lend Half the needed funds for Capex or there abouts , EBRD , will probably do half of that again . In our case as long as we comply to the rules mentioned in the VUL RNS . ( and there are plenty to get over the line ) we basically have 75 % of funding in play in Cheap EU loans . (KC original model was 60/40 and changed over the years to 70/30 ) Add Just a few bits and pieces from other instos , Free eu grant money ( already have $50 mil in Just Fund allocation ) and Prepaid offtakes there will be very little need if any to Cap Raise at all to dilute any of our current holdings . The delayed DFS , and additional scrutiny on costs etc , were probably brought about by the onerous rules of the proposed lenders , now you are not going to publicly declare that it was the EIB fault for a delay are you ? You don't look a gift horse in the mouth nor do you shoot the messenger .

Hey Tom , my maths were a bit out as I forgot to convert the project value out of USD to aud , so that price Now equates to $11 aud a share . Stock market take overs for going concerns generally go for 5 to 7 times earnings and the suiters generally are expecting a 3 year payback period . Based on 60,000 tonne production per annum I think profit could be around $1 bil a year Usd , profit at $16 k a tonne and cost 14 k a tonne = $30 k a tonne sell . Based on above once producing , the value of the Project could be worth 5 to $7 Billion , and the $3bil valuation also fits in with a 3 year payback period . 100 year mine lifes are hard to find . But of course it is only worth what some one is wanting to pay for it .
$7.24 Aud . Neat $1.5 bil market cap , valuing the Project at $3 bil
Ya just never know Green ASX might just be 50 cents tomorrow , all these chartests , all these shonky market makers , what no body knows is what are the bots programmed to do . Really any body's guess or every body's guess . Personally this stock is trading very unusually to say the least . Like the game show the " price is right " . Bloomfields average is somewhere in 60's aud , The CMFEU last insto is in mid 60's , ERBD is also in mid 60's , that might tell us something . The chickens certainly left the coop in ASX .
Not many sellers on ASX market .

Bit of buying today up 7 cents or up 23.33 %
That will be a dig at Australia as we are playing hardball on our minerals for greater access to the Eu for agricultural stuff and like . They have been negotiating for 2 years already and just recently walked away again for 12 months .
A big AIM seller ( arbitrage ) got taken out today at 31 cents , not a lot of sellers

Surely the EU can't work that fast :
Thank you for your questions.
The CRM Act, on which agreement was reached last November, is currently being translated and is expected to be published in April of this year. The Act will enter into force 20 days after its publication.
no idea any more chuxa , been sitting waiting on human hiv and covid clinical trial results that were purported to be " imminent " 4 months ago . eur as you know also seem to find time to drag their feet , i bought in on a dfs study that was going to take place in 2 months 3 years ago . usa listing a year ago too . i suspect as long as dra were not bull****ting to emh & cez , we may have the dfs on time this time , the dra's of this world are so specialised particulalrly in lithium , you will find if one person resigns that were part of the project team it all falls apart , i am a little bemused , that dra weren't able to copy and paste anything from eur's dfs . have a read of tom coves post on aim , it might give you some warm and fuzzies .
i agree with him that cinovec will come out bigger and better than ever b4 , although i have been saying that for years , the largest hard rock site in europe was never going to do just 20 k tonnes . the european finance industry have finally woken up , including the crma ( and boy how slow are they ) . not sure if you are a champion picture puzzler , however , after long sleepless nights , and you finally get to the last 20 or so pieces , there is a flurry of euphoria and satisfaction when the last three just fit into place . i suspect same will happen here .
