Shiny, Eddie, I don’t know what’s been said but a week ago Horta talked about Chinese military drills in TL. I said then this sounds as if talks are in a bad way. Clearly this is a breakdown in fundamental terms. Thanks Eddie, please do. Total media shutdown on economic news with state mourning. Might open up tomorrow. Horta promised a deal 2024. Real anger I think.

Interesting that representative from Tata Group appears again with the ambassador. Must have a prominent role somewhere in the meeting with President Horta. I cannot envisage a connection with Sunda Energy.

The talks with Woodside should end now if the TL government are to retain any credibility. This is humiliating. I wonder will President Horta make reference to GS on Thursday. Certainly not welcome news for him or his party. All attention is on the Pope’s death right now so reaction in the local media is hard to find.

Personally I think GS development would greatly assist the tendering process for infrastructure development and turbo charge the entire LNG outlook. But. Sunda are right now the main focus of attention and Chuditch becomes ever more important. The pipeline is coming to Timor. That is clear and just and should not change. Chuditch could be Greater Sunrise in disguise.

This is disappointing news although haven’t yet seen a written copy. Guessing upcoming elections. Why TL persevere with Woodside is beyond me. Hopefully not in response to Chinese military drill comments.

Australia and Timor-Leste Temporarily Suspend Negotiation Process on Greater Sunrise

The road towards drilling is a process. It requires a permit. We need to know its progression. Clues of a much sought funding deal could significantly affect the share price. You would be very foolish to ignore those clues.

I have huge interest in this meeting. Could be very significant.

Could be right. Maybe “investors” was a slip up. Maybe this is a behind closed doors meeting with no reporting. Whatever. A meeting with Horta deserves a mention on X or LinkedIn. Our big advantage is our proximity to the TL government including up to Horta. Broadcast it. The permit consultation was worth a shout as well.

Is it just me, or is anyone else surprised that a meeting with the President of Timor Leste on Thursday afternoon, possibly at the HOC and accompanied by “investors” to discuss Chuditch hasn’t made it on to the Sunda Energy website? Big deal. Public knowledge.

Plus this morning’s public consultation. Just a website post? Helps to keep us all informed.

That’s good to hear. He has important business in London. Including ASEAN meeting and investment talks. So he will hopefully stay in the UK.

Absolutely right about that. Enough gloom and doom. Huge pressure to deliver a funding deal and get this rig booked. Is AB going to waste Horta’s time with talk of possible drilling or deliver a big statement of intent on Chuditch and beyond?

There has been spikes. Big ones. You could have left. Anyway. End of 2025? Serous progress within months is everyone’s redline.

Delays are annoying. Not having the foresight to see them coming is disappointing. However, if the plan is still in place and progress is being made towards the ultimate goal, then I can wait. I don’t jump in and out of shares. Too risky. All of them. Even this one.

It was ridiculous to think this was going to be a stroll in the park. Pull in millions in funding, dial up a rig and make us all rich. It’s amazing we have got this far.

Silverlight, it’s all coming together beautifully. Rig and funding will happen. We should know more on Thursday. It’s been dreadfully slow but hopefully worth the wait. I’m ultra excited. This is such a great project. Can barely eat my breakfast with excitement.
