I suggest you read this, please don’t make out FCA are saint’s and perfect. They are not and neither is your bank, and all it’s branches. Ask yourself why they were desperate to change their brand from FSA to FCA?
Why was their a financial crash? Who approved CEO’s back then? I’m not havinga go at you, just don’t say, it’s not good to take on a Regulator. WORST CASE SCENARIO - If you have go down that route. - YOU DO THE RIGHT THING.
It is the last resort always, but only if you truely believe they have made genuine oversights or a review is necessary.
Fight your corner ALWAYS IF YOU ARE TRUE TO YOURSELF - never give up. FTH.

Possible plan to pay of some debt by way of Rights Issue, but only once after sp has risen to re-rated say 50P (next 5-7 days) as mentioned before “to current holders of stock on RNS date” This can happen, so not a ramp here. Before i’m struck by lightening:)

Rights issue ?
Any Rights Issue would be oversubscribed and taken up fully.In essence you pick up shares by a given discount depending on your holding of course. Any shortfall of debt then becomes a lesser concern on balance sheet.

- DEBT would be gradually reduced as that appears to be plan.
-The sp would be rise and maintain stability at over £1+ due to very low debt and huge cash generation at 30% of turnover every month.
- Cash continues to roll in

- FCA/ FOS and AMIGO
- Reach an amicable agreement on complaints handling - fraud is taken seriously / reported rightfully.

Other scenario - JR possibility - ?TBD

All the financials will now report AMIGO as the next big turnaround - setting re-rates all the time they were reporting negatively in 2-019/20 even as far as denegrating JB’S past. Fxxxin parasites, they turn like the fox in my garden when i’m in the kitchen.

JB is a passionate entrepreneur, through n through, you can see it in his interviews, I like his way - self made and like any dragons den investor’s will defend his own company fiercely as would I, Listed or otherwise.
