I suggest you read this, please don’t make out FCA are saint’s and perfect. They are not and neither is your bank, and all it’s branches. Ask yourself why they were desperate to change their brand from FSA to FCA?
Why was their a financial crash? Who approved CEO’s back then? I’m not havinga go at you, just don’t say, it’s not good to take on a Regulator. WORST CASE SCENARIO - If you have go down that route. - YOU DO THE RIGHT THING.
It is the last resort always, but only if you truely believe they have made genuine oversights or a review is necessary.
Fight your corner ALWAYS IF YOU ARE TRUE TO YOURSELF - never give up. FTH.
