JB does not need to go into numbers at this stage, and more so publicly in a closed period (for amigo) you cannot.
He resigned in March, over 5 months ago and to mention any recent numbers, which the public may not be privy of, could be questionable. A couple of sentences, an analogy I would not have incl, else he makes it clear he wants back in, just as he has said since June. This is expected. Why are some people surprised. DYOR.
The 2 final board members stepping down is old news it’s in the annual report, it is just a process now.
Besides, legally ALL 4/5 BOD could not and cannot all resign in one go. FCA rules state 4 BOD must be retained at all times to conduct business in a listed org. Also It has to be a timely process. Yes - They will go.
I belive JB has the support of new BOD and Glen and does not need support from outgoing 2. As they also stated they will go in timely manner.
