I expected an RNS for this week - 27th Aug Thurs/ Fri am from RGroup - as it officially triggers the end of the old IPO. The staement requires an RNS to make Agreement coming to close and his intent public via an release of an RNS..
The board then reconsiders. (It gives them some quality time to consider)
That is my expectation called from last week.

I hope no one expected a happy jolly email, you haveto be naive. Else it would look too contrived.
The events will naturally be play out over a few days into next week, gives them to reconsider, a resignation maybe announced just like MP’s do, NO I’m not rrsigning, and then yes I am reconsidering my position, ok I’m going - but it will happen by close of week.

What we do know Mark is AMGO was £2.45 a share and on Fri close 18p.
Since 2016 - 2019 - There had been a quiet tussle to oust James, and the rest we know is history.
Plenty of upside as the sp has a HISTORY, down from £2.45p a share From being a FTSE 250 Company to current level , £1.05 is not unrealistic valuation don’t get me wrong, JB valued it at that in March. Sp. an rise back to that level easily on positive information.

No hostile buyout.
Amicable is best for all.
Retain Glen as CEO.

A new and operational business is all risk, if you feared business risk, you will be 9-5 for the rest of your life.
Risks have to be measured, assessed, weighed up. Going to MnS and buying that sandwich yesterday was a risk, but I took it.
Crypto is a risk and I researched and assessed it was never for me.
