I think the removal of Lovering and CFO in any capacity 30 days from now would be first goal.
GC he can work around with a back up CFO at hand if CFO was to finally leave in a month or two, until FCA thing is sorted. As new CFO may require approval of FCA. Which could slow the FCA process possibly. Just an opinion - happy to be corrected by the wise. Rob?

Jimmy ability to not pay is realtive to the size of the lending company.
Only 15% of loans are approved - 15% or less.

When you read alrge banks have made proviisions - they are large scale because they lend much
1) higher loans - upto £30k
2) plus “business loans”
3) “millions “of customers and global

Thus they have to make larger provisions into $!-2bn

Amihgo market cap is £60m. Ffs
+ Different business model
+much lower loans

Happy to have this conversation in 18 months..not.

This is about putting in place a structure that gives shareholders protection and transparency.
(I’m assuming a new shareholder agreement incl - RG drafting proposal in terms of shareholder control ??)
Myself and the RG team will spend the next 3 days working on options to achieve the goals put forward in my proposal without going to shareholder vote.

If these options do not succeed then I will announce a shareholder vote on Thursday.

1) Amigo website was revised / updated in July regarding amigo’s new lending new policy.

2) A key worker or non key worker is simply a term coined by the Govt.
The definition is on Govt website. Still it must acc for 10m in the UK all with jobs/ income. New LOAN consumers, i’m not sure if they are given a 3 month suspended holiday interest, would not make sense, maybe they are eligible. Not sure.
3) Amigo state they are very strict and only 15% who apply for a loan are ever approved.

So will be interesting how may new customers in q1 - the covid period.

FCA CEO Incoming Statement:
Rathi has said he wants to create a diverse FCA in the coming years, 'supporting the recovery with a special focus on vulnerable consumers”

Bodes well if that is a positive clue he wants to support the recovery with focus on vunerable consumers.

That is what amigo and JB have been vocal about 1st to key workers with FCA approval, if lending is to commence to vunerable consumers it has to be very very soon, AMIGO BOD - CFO could have this up his sleeve for Q2/ Q3 latest.
