This is how I see state of play in my own head:
There will be less Shares on market soon and that will happen.
If the sp runs upto 20p at “close of business”, the next day it will “breakout” as per charts indicate.
If it settles upto 30p - who takes the ownership for this rise?
MM’S - pressure on demand for stock?
AMIGO BOD on Director buys? IF no Director buys?
AMIGO - RE-RATE?
JB - Positive vote for JB?
JB will certainly notice rise and realise, why should anyone vote for him if sp is 30p?
He will increase his offer to 26p, which is likely to entice investors.
To back JB @26p sp.
