This stock is not for you, sounds harsh maybe, but its too advanced this play, even with so many guiding,
I suggest you invest with a long term view. And relax. Stocks will less volatility/ swings /time frames and much less factors involved. Once you are comfortble then invest in smaller plays.
But this is not for you. Too nervous on 1p move left.right is a give away.
You need to invest in a stock which is easier on your ticker.
If I were to lose everything on shares, i’m not going to blame anybody.
You only play with what you are comfortbale with, else you don’t.

In their response, what concessions will be made by the incumbent BOD’s (to new proposal demands set out by RG/ James Benamor to win over shareholders? (if any at all..)

-Lovering to step down by end of Sept?
-CFO - Oct resignation?
-GC decides to stay on?
-Other concessions??

- Protection for shareholders?
- Steps to Increase Shareholder value?

12 weeks we have all been patient and we are now in the final-6-days to end the 61% SALE.

No point me adding as I bought my lot as part of my plan to hold. Min 30p. We’ve hit 20p at least 3 times now so I expect to hit 30/32p once again, If we close at 20p.

It will come one big deluge when it does though!

This co now has Assets, £145m +CASH, FUNDING, LIQUIDITY, and a market cap of £57m = 10% from a year ago.

Hold and be patient.

How I read it, he is in favour of JB to return.
He is hardly fighting Benamors new proposal to return sensationally publicly, by buying a <% if he can afford to buy more.

He may recieve a bonus at some point, like Nayar did, which comes as a amigo goody gift bag.
