The net is closing is on them, I dont think they will be missed except by 1/2 regulator officers who want their identities to be kept off media alert. They fxxxed up badly in dealing with it and there is a simple price to pay at that level of senior management. You take responsibility and leave. There is no excuses, the Renumeration package reflects that.
Lovering is using the excuse FCA still have GC to be appointed. The CFO is peddling off that also.
JB tweets on FCA and what will come out of this if he gets appointed is what most who cared to read up on the past 12 months, reflects why they don’t deserve to serve at amgo any longer. They may even step down before the vote takes place, who knows. Recall, Hamish was not part of last EGM vote.

With buy volume lower this past week than previous 2/3 weeks. This has been nothing but an “accumulation of stock” phase by MM’s (i think thats crystal clear to everybody now, myself incudedl.) as JB’s broker concludes 1% irrevocable SELL ORDER (since June..) coming to an abrupt end byThurs/Fri.

Mid-End of week - That’s when the reversal finally starts on sp.
Higher Buyer volume to watch.
Under radar - Shareholdings above 5% may come to our attention next week.

You make a very valid point:

“think the contract and buying of shares outside the contact could be mutually separate actions. After all if JB intends to buy he is going to want to buy shares at the best price. Ultimately when the share sell hits zero it could be a very interesting few days up to the AGM!”

JB’ has hinted that albeit subtle, and the BOD assume this is the case.
