RNS - An insult to our Intelligence

A company can be run without a CEO - Until approved.
Amigo already is running without an approved CEO and Chair.
In fact everyday all over the UK, new CEO’ are being appointed and are put through the application process for approval.
This is a standard procedure.
Do they really think I am stupid, that amigo voters are uneducated? It seems that way to me. Really F Insulting this RNS.
James is the bxxxdy founder of Amigo, not just some rookie off the street deciding to be CEO/ DIRECTOR.
He has been involved since 2005. Resigned after realising the current issues and saved it from collapse in Jan.

GC is dispensible, not the holy grail. if he wants to resign that is fine. Nobody is indispensable.
JB can find replacements, he has had the time to do so. Mentioned some names already.

If countries can be run without a Govt so can Companies,
Belgium was run without a GOVT for 535 days.

If we appoint GC as a Director as per proposal and then he resigns, he can still renege.
GC left before for health reasons and he came returned again as a Consultant.
He may return as a Consultant first again...x

GC -OWNS 28M - GC is the only one who is likely to add. IMO
2 New BOD’s - 1) Do they have deep pockets, maybe 1 month salary to name. If they added and JB gets in. They are toast..
ROGER - High likely voted out - Cant see him adding.
NAYAR -Has had his bonus - no cost to hm -I dont think he will add + High likely voted out.

If they all do add substanially, then it’s going to the wire. Gloves off etc..

When you say the BOD will buy are you referring to Big DIRECTOR BUYS or a resolution to BUY from last 2019 AGM, for bonus purposes. And perhaps again after 2020 AGM. Assuming you mean vanilla Director buys?

I think he can buy off the market, the 29% is a message to PI’s to reassure us guys that he means what he says due to the speculation. Putting money where his mouth is so to speak.

He can buy off market the % needed, if it gets JB IN - where he needs to be, he can and i am sure PI’s would back him to cancel the contract (maybe it is a PLAN B) on a consensual basis in the future if it came to that? It may mean paying some fees to Broker.

IiAG - If they do that it game over for the lot!

I see the sp going on volatility once we breakout of 22/24p towards a more substantial 30/32p now that cinfrellas spell has been lifted - I may top slice off. Would be rude not to:)
Now if the sp went down substantially - I would look to ADD again.
Next week - is new territory for majority of holders since June.
Is there Liquidity, selling drying up?
is there a predetor lurking about?
Is JB buying back?
FOMO on trend?

Btw GC’s FCA approval may be announced BEFORE the AGM.
That is my guess, however it has to be at least 5-7 days before, to have ANY MAJOR EFFECT on the voting itself, due to 7 days requirement? Sp would definately rise on his approval.
