He highlioghted the issues last year and an audit lead to a number of findings which led to Hamish and Simon resigning, but not the others. He left because he realised the company was being run by parasites and a bunch of people who were in it for themselves. His holdings did not allow him earn him any vote rights in EGM. Dues to old shareholder agreement from ipo debut.
