Countdown to AGM not far now..

A spike to 30p before Close on Monday 28th would higly indicate JB is in.
And GC likely to stay 6months and serve his notice out for the best of the company.

I think they may hold back the approval card until all votes are in and deadline date passed, it seems to be their favourite topic reading last RNS (CEO and FCA approvals)

The 20-30 or so small INSTITUTIONS holding 1-2% maximum, will likely vote out the old woodwork, and with any sense vote for new changes with JB overlooking the parent company looking at the long game of loans. JB alrready has his plans, he just needs others to come on board now, and put them into action once approved. institutions need a driver to ressurect the sp back to £1.00+

London Stock Exchange Group PLC (LON:LSE) chairman Donald Brydon has decided to stand down in 2019 after a shareholder called for his resignation over the ousting of chief executive Xavier Rolet.

Reference LSE CEO:
The company said Rolet will no longer stay on until December 2018 as previously announced and will instead leave with immediate effect at the board’s request.

Similiary the new BOD could request GC to stay and complete his 6 months notice. If he serious about leaving.
