Spilt my tea laughing...
Thanking 14 individuals on a linkedin post for a corporate deal let’s say worth less than $10m, tells you they trying too hard...while the noose tightens. It’s the kind of thing Trump would do when he knew it was all coming to an end.
Agree FCA needs to open an investigation into this...and protect shareholders, this is now all making sense, the more you look into it. They made amte investors pour money into the company, by the various pinaccle announeements and follow up calls to some investors telling them Middle eastern investor (PINACCLE ) was buying the battery company with huge expansion plans all over the globe, this was a LIE, by the BOD. Cannot make this up anymore. They must be held accountable.
The broker and BOD made this pinaccle thing up, there was no middle eastern interest, at the time, they confirmed it in detail, but the share register was never updated, last update was NOV 2022, when pressed about the share register being out of date, NUMEROUS TIMES on being last updated, the official statement from ceo was they have been very busy with pinaccle??? every ther company updated their website “immediately”, after new shares were issued but AMTE did not, they were concerned the noose was tightening, when threatned it was FCA legal requirement to update, they were concerned as there was no pinaccle interest, the broker said it was CEO decision to update, and vice bersa, initially ignoring calls, Hollis talked around the matter by upping pinaccle instead of discussing the share register.
However....It all makes sense now. Rference The 90 page pdf has as little detail on pinaccle as possible.
A bunch of swindlers of the highest calibre. An investigation must be done, concerning ALL THE PARTIES.
None of it makes any sense.
The CEO has now done a harry potter and dissapeared!!
Has anyone tried to call him on his mobile?

If saved, it is a future £1bn+ business for the new party, no question it is the future, northvolt will tell you, as will the other competition, need to be visionary and invest, negotiate several big deals, add influential management on board and deliver for the SHAREHOLDERS.
All that effort for nothing, the BOD need to agree on a buyer, from the “various offers” there is too much to lose if the wrongw decision is made, £m’s to gain if they are courageous enough to make the right decision for the shareholders who have backed them all these years.
We are talking about the next industrial revolution in terms of the EV industry development. Amte are at the forefront.
Agree on a deal /move it forward if time needed. A decision they won’t regret.
I just checked, the agm rns, ok the results are clear enough.
Ignore the post.
No point responding if your filtered, as you could be one of 200 frogs.
Wasting your time.
Thanks.
Regarding AGM..
Did anyone (ignoring not the nut jobs..) vote to remove the 2 directors on 28th december?
AGM Voting was still allowed to go through, whether it still counted is my question. The rns stated all resolutions passed, but what does that mean? The 2 sirectors were going to be replaced? Or no movement.
Agree, posting here throughout christmas festive (family) period, on a share they say they don’t hold, (and suspended ..) how unhinged can an individual have to be, unless they are working inside for an entity...
Fingers crossed for all genuine holders as always.
The sodium-ion market is set to explode, every driver wants to purchase a electric vehicle eventually, the price point is the barrier, the current EVvehicles are the top end luxury end, sodium-ion is all about the mass market entry. There are many positives for AMPTE, need one lucky company/investor to win over the company, a question of price, and guaranteed investment and startegy, as the future global demand is there for the taking. Looking at Northvolt valuation and no of contracts =$55bn.
A return from temporary suspension would be great start.
From next wednesday, 10 business days left to 12th Jan.

Specialist business advisory firm FRP has been named as the intended administrator.
It is trying to find a buyer for the business. FRP Director Richard Bloomfield described AMTE Power as a "leading player in the UK’s battery cell manufacturing capabilities". He added that it had an important role in supporting the UK’s clean energy transition. Mr Bloomfield said: "We expect interest from trade and institutional investors as we work diligently to secure a future for the business.”
Nothing official as yet, but may see another rns update. A good bet a buyer will be found for amte🤞
Scottish Government should take on a lead role to ensure they assist as much as they can.
I see what you are saying, thanks.
Specialist business advisory firm FRP has launched an “accelerated mergers and acquisitions process” to help find a buyer in an effort to save the company.
Stv article?
I’m still reading up on FRP.
Stakes are high, but they always have been.
Yesterday a stake was bought in McClaren, alos another 2 major deals in scotland made by billionaires, I read up on, around £1.8bn investment if i recall in the scottish news.
The only way for the masses to have cheåp EV’s in the near future is with sodium ion batteries, all the manufacturers already undertsand this. This will happen to reach net zero goals. Amte will find another partner.

Nice one
NOW ....Send it to TESLA twitter X
Suspension is an over reaction, agree a small brudge loan would be better for all.
Been here before let’s see.
Time for tea!!
Soon find out if the pinaccle voting passes through or not.
“generating offtake agreements for sodium-ion battery cells”
This good news cannot be too far off now, had a few months to decide who to commence with.
The greens remain green, that won’t chnage. Use filter. It has a purpose.
Rude not to add more, when pinaccle will be holding the largest stake, I do wonder why ...
What little is left, is left for PI’s.
36hours left, and then the Saudi’s own significant par tof a sodium -ion batter tech compnay in the UK.
I wonder what they have planned for AMPOWER, we shall soon find out;)
Good luck with that as Enet will likely fall sub 1p.
I sold ENET to buy AMTE.
