I don’t normally forage around this crap. I knew as a graduate to stay clear of AIM. Yet here I am.

My point remains though that the only institutions are Camelot and Schroders (I suspect that analyst was fired). Frasers has a different agenda.

Even passive funds are underweight Kamani

By institutions I mean:

Camelot; Schroders; ISS (corp gov adviser) never really heard of Glass.

It is telling the lack of other big names. Where are L&G, 91, Vanguard, BlackRock, capital; Fidelity; Aviva,etc?

They don’t trust Kamani.

I feel (hope) we are now testing bottom and institutions are waking up. The status quo is not acceptable.

What is bewildering, is that the thick folk on this board nearly unanimously voted against Kamani & Co in last EGM, yet we lost on a massive scale (ex Frasers). I have lost faith in activism. Even if it is crap news, I still dont think Mike Ashley would win. He needs to bid.

I think they are out SCB. Hopefully they have taken the money and will go to Dubai. Dan be offered c-suite role, and Frasers takes control.

I think us pesky small shareholders should have a whip-round to send the BoD on a 5 star Ayurvedic retreat in India so they can brainstorm and come back with more insightful ideas. Something AI-related?

My email from past month was also ignored. Not even an acknowledgement. Some stakeholders are more equal than others…..with the BoD being the most equal.

Maybe Frasers has convinced Camelot and Schroders to switch sides? Dan has resigned as he has been doing the conference circuit and has another c-suite lined up?

This is like a soap opera.

I would reckon for a bounce on results, even if there is a rights issue.

It is clear that the reason for the delay is something material is happening: whether it is good or bad is speculation.

The closing price on 31 Oct was 33.42p. The next day, Dan was announced CEO.

The BoD said it would conduct business review to release value for all shareholders. The culmination of this review is to be announced at Full Year Results.

Share price is now 18.66p.

It has currently fallen 44% under Dan’s tenure. I am hoping the full year results are announced 17 July along with Frasers results and that the business review releases value for all shareholders.

Down 15% in a month - surely as a result of poor investor communication.

I am hoping that there is a joint announcement with Frasers results tomorrow.

Let’s be honest:

1) Most of us have lost faith in BoD and this delay has us questioning whether Dan should take this company forward;

2) we have lost so much money in this turkey that we are going to see what happens;

3) we are desperately hoping delay is because something major is happening that will help us recoup losses.

I think the talk of administration is too pessimistic.

There are plenty of articles in papers, no doubt planted by Mike Ashley himself (ahem Telegraph), that Frasers is willing to step in and offer funding to the group. It is also clear from Frasers brand portfolio how much he wants to add in Debs, KM, Coach and ex Arcadia brands. He is arguably the better owner for these.

Of course Frasers has its own interests but Boo's situation is no where desperate yet.

LDLD - I doubt FCA will do anything. I have highlighted highly questionable practices to them before. I later learnt from FOS that the particular case was “a blind spot in regulation” and no further action taken.

I think it might be worth lobbying ISS and Glass but again their paymasters are the institutions. However, the fact that a corporate governance organisation will potentially rubber stamp the AGM and recommend voting For all the resolutions signifies how impotent activism is in UK.
