It use to be expected that results announced dates were published on the corporate website’s financial calendar page. Getting back to basics in shareholder etiquette would be a good start.

Don’t get me wrong, I want Dan to succeed. I question how he is handling a challenging situation.

The issue is though that the share price fall is now a multiple of RevB stake. Was it worth it?

I actually think this will bounce when we finally get results, but we be lucky to get a relief rally to 20p now. I was hoping share price would consolidate above 30p.

Boo is now more vulnerable to a takeover bid from a recapitalised Frasers.

Dan has made an unforced error delaying the results this long. He had used up a lot of goodwill with shareholders.

I agree his CV is impressive but he has shown his inexperience by not communicating with the market.

The market cap has fallen £30m in last couple days. There is nothing in terms of releasing value that warrants this uncertainty.

The only issue that matters is that the BoD are not publishing results.

The share price has plummeted in past month and nearly halved under Dan's tenure.

I have looked on Top 10 holdings of all Schroders fund and Boo is not there. Boo is an embarrassment to Schroders.
