If Kamani is seeking re-election when the AGM is announced, it will guarantee a further open letter from Frasers.

Applying pressure now, Kamani may even decide to step down if he believes he has lost support of ISS, Camelot and Schroders.

I think Ashley’s primary motive is to remove Kamani from BoD. The AGM is only a month away.

Tim Morris primary role is legal counsel for Mahmud Kamani.

He is not independent. He does not represent shareholders.

If Kamani delivers…..then I will reassess. As will everyone on here who is a shareholder. The share price is the arbitrator. The longer they leave it, the more it falls.

I do think SCB is right in saying that Kamani is a dominant force on this BoD. Im not convinced independents are strong.

Conflict of interest.

He is using Boo’s buying power to bully intermediary and the supplier. Pay my personal loan or there be consequences.

Ultimately the misdemeanour doesn’t really matter. There are more serious issues reaching (2) and (3) at a typical Christmas party.

The issue is Kamani is not delivering and the establishment dislike him. I want a credible plan. Otherwise I am Against every bloody resolution on this AGM.

Let’s clarify the three stages of wrongdoing:

1) Ethical: Nothing technically wrong. Just that it looks bad and he should step down. BoD matter.

2) Civil: he broke rules and should be fined. Maybe regulators get involved.

3) Criminal: possible custodial sentence.

The higher you go, the higher the threshold.

It would be helpful if Kamani stepped down, but that open letter was a (1).
