you are absolutely correct, his original sub 3% holding was back in 2020-2021 and his price was above £1. he was already over a million pounds in before we even knew of him.

Um No. look at his Tr1's and the dates he loaded more at around .60-.70 mark in open market and he crossed the 10% pre placing when the price was still high. also if he has been in for 4-5 years I bet he was buying above the £1. Lets not forget he voted dilution and poor discount price down, I very much doubt he would allow a placing until a lot higher price ? I would assume his average price would be above 10p
