I see Hardman reported false information about Genedrive in this months health care index. The Company or PR need to set them right and also do a correction RNS

First of all the NDAs or CDAs would be a legality as he is a share holder. and as for the "best mates" comment do you really think the board offered a 20 percent pay cut as they were feeling generous or do you think Nugent insisted they take one ?

I'm sure he will be part of it. and I expect it was part of the discussions for the loan, so I very much doubt it will be a mass dilution of billions of shares like the last try.

I deal in facts not assumptions, the board were out of order and got taken down a peg by Nugent, Most people are thankful for what he has done. If you think he is a dodgy character then I would suggest selling out and leaving the share !

Nugent now has the IP until the loan is repaid ! I think you will find it is the other way round and he has them on board. Try reading and actually understanding what is going on instead of making wild insinuations ;-) he stopped the mass dilution he is not going to let it happen now is he !

We all wanted blood ref the Board but I expect he was in a position of real time information and probably decided to work with and prompt directional change instead of trying to find someone with the working knowledge to replace key figures. One thing is for sure is He obviously is satisfied about change or he wouldn't have given them the cash.

One thing that is set in stone, If the price keeps rising the de rampers will be out in force soon ! :-) New year onwards and upwards

Who said he has changed his mind Gloria ? you don't have to like people to manage them ? they have obviously come to a working compromise that has prioritised shareholders. He wouldn't have lent them the cash otherwise.

I can see the share price start building from here, we all know the million quid is only short term so I expect further news shortly. DN's last post said he couldn't say much which means he is obviously still dealing with the company which I would assume means more funding of sorts.
