No I am not. just clarifying what you said ! Most novice investors understand what averaging down is . you said it will go down so sell now and buy back when it does ! Quite simple really !

I think people are missing the point of the raise. The existing share holders being able to subscribe is a loyalty exercise. The share price is being held at the moment and once the raise is completed I expect the SP will rise. This raise is not public, hence why New blood are still buying in at a higher price than 1p. You cant complain about mass dilution and then expect to get a huge discount at the same time.

We have all had a rough 5 years but now I can see this going much higher and soon.

Anything is possible. Just remember the raise is not public, it's only for existing share holders. Hence why people are still buying at 1.15p and yesterday at 1.20p.

Once the raise is complete I can see the sp will continue to rise as the company is funded and the pending FDA application. Also existing holders might want more than their allocation in the raise.

I see the 2 RNSs we had on Friday have just showed up on here. I didn't even see the second one . First part of the raise is "Placed" .

Just checked the 19th notice and it was for a 3m subscription, what has been posted on here is now 3.5million which means it has changed ?

Totally agree, yesterday was 9 v-1 buys versus sells . last week we touched 1.225 3 times and then the price was manipulated down. this has been going on like this for over a year. Personally I believe it is getting slightly better as the continued buying pressure can not be counter-reacted any more. I strongly believe that once the raise has been done (hopefully not at a silly diluting price) that the share price will go up significantly, especially with the pending FCA application in June and guaranteed working capital . Then we have the possibility of the NHS roll out.

I still have a sneaky suspicion that the cancelled placing may have had some pre sold shares into the market hence the need to keep the price down by any cost. either way any shorts will get what they deserve.

I have been saying this for months Baznick , Manipulated to hell. Someone does not want the price to rise, and I reckon DN knows why ? hence the constant buying in open market.

Incorrect again , when the sp was at .2p the first days churn was about 400 million shares and we saw a churn of multiple days that equated to about 1.5 billion shares traded in that 10 day period. there were only 600 million shares in issue at that point. he could have bought 30 % easily.

When I say he isnt buying the company , remember it was me who phoned and spoke to him and not you !

If he had passed 30% at .2p he would have had to make an offer of around 2.5p , so basically if he was going to do a take over he would have bought the first 30% at a 500% discount from today . Not rocket science is it ?

People should realise by now that DN could have bought this company back when the price was .20 but didn't, and is doing everything he has said to support the share holders by stopping the major dilution and executing the alternative financing.

He isn't buying the company ! Get over it and move on !
