Always go with the Main London Stock Exchange website for details /Data . All other sites will take time to update details and will still get a lot of it wrong .

Well Padrock we actually do No because we can all read (its in the RNS) , DN will be at 395,806,934 which equates to 24.3 % Robert English will have 232,099,348 which is 14.2 % .The company even put a nice box chart with all the info for you to read ? I take it you still haven't read the whole RNS of the 13th ? its the first rns of the day not the 2nd one .

I have already posted the bit in the RNS that is relevant, If you continue to ignore it that is up to you. David Nugent and Robert English are not related parties so it will not trigger a take over bid.

That is now 3 posts that you have implied a take over.

because he wanted more ? remember his holding would have been diluted in the raise so he probably decided to increase in open market instead of adding further dilution in the raise ? Don't know the reason for sure as it is best guess
