I have had 30 years of reading RNSs and have seen 100s of placings and AGMs . As said weeks ago I very rarely post and haven't for years but now I am getting a bit peeved off with this Bod . One expects a high chance of risk on Aim that is all due to the companies that are listed however as just seen with the ongoing placings by Allenbury when new investors get first dibs on the grossly discounted shares and warrants leaving long term holders whistling it just shows how the Bod considers us ? the Bod will always be 2 moves ahead of the share holders for a reason and that is self preservation and making money . Sometimes though they overstep the mark and fail to see an impending intervention which could come back to haunt them.

P.s over the years your posting has been extremely irritating however due to the fact that the SP is now down by about 98% I would give yourself a quick pat on the back for being semi correct about its decline. I have no doubt though this share will at some point come good for short term holders and may allow long term holders to exit with lower or hopefully minimal losses.

Totally agree. having a certified product and we can't even sell enough to cover day to day outgoings is embarrassing !

How many of the 400 million new shares owned by new blood will sell immediately when their shares get admitted ? it's an instant 20-25% profit for them at current SP levels. Maybe that is why the shares are late to the market as it would also look bad before the AGM if the SP was sub .20 ?

Another reason for the delay maybe so the 400m new shares would not be able to proxy vote at the AGM ? thoughts anyone ?

The Company couldn't even be bothered to update and add Mr. English and Mr. Nugent to the share holder percentage list on its Aim 26 page on the website. Personally when the 400 million shares get admitted to the exchange the only TR1s will be for a decrease in percentage. We all know that the company has not taken advantage of Mr. Nugents "possible alternative funding" hence why the placings have taken place and would also assume that because we have not heard from him or the company ref a board seat he has been stitched up ? The company knew that once the placing shares are issued he will no longer be a 10% holder and Mr. English's percentage would also fall ? Only my opinion i could be wrong.

Don't be silly Latino the board will never be aligned with shareholders. The board get their salary shareholders just get fleeced ! and please define what you think Deferral means ? to me it means "defer salary by 10%" refers to a formal, mutual agreement where you and your employer arrange for 10% of your salary to be paid at a later date, they might even be deferring in lieu of shares ?

On day one yes. but with every month of cash burn it goes down drastically !

Those warrants are further dilution, a further 1.3 billion in dilution if exercised, the warrant becomes a share !

Also another key word is "Expected" it does not say it WILL ?

Read it once read it twice and read it a third time ! Deferral is a key word ? does that mean they will be paid it at a later date ? also are the director share buys actually being bought with their own money or is it a reward through the company or even a "deferral " settlement ?

"Previous guidance assumed the Group's operating expenses would ramp to c. £0.65 million per month to fund various growth initiatives during calendar year 2025. Actual monthly operating expenses have averaged c. £0.5 million in 2025 which has been reduced to c. £0.45 million due to the implementation of further cost rationalisation measures (including a 14 per cent. reduction in FTEs). The Executive Directors have also recently agreed to a 10 per cent. salary deferral. If a private company was short on cash they would have to make sacrifices via cost cutting savings to survive. People need to remember we have a certified product and if we can not sell enough to be cash positive either get a new sales team that can sell or fire them all until the so called pending NHS roll out ? The duty of the Board is to it's shareholders and that means existing shareholders not potential new ones. the level of the placings is disgusting. We have not heard a peep from Mr. Nugent since the last AGM, so can only assume he has been given the finger for a board seat because tomorrow he will no longer be a 10 % major shareholder and Mr English has been Royally Done over too ? I would love at some point if DN would clarify publicly at some point on the possible alternative funding he mentioned before the AGM ?

July would be a better date. NHS will prioritise life saving treatments first and pre existing contracts I would assume ?

That is why I don't post on the boards. I'm long and now broke lol love the product but can see the huge failures within the company.

Just remember the board will be paying their salary's with the 3 million pounds raised and then they will continue with the money from the warrants . job done, another lifestyle company raking it in at the shareholders expense. 3 billion shares in issue at the end of it.

If it was a cure for cancer then it would be a no brainer but it isn't . Even with a full NHS roll out the math does not add up. Also remember the NHS will also look at the company as a whole including what it's shareholders think to determine whether it is a viable company that can deliver. At the moment it is not as it has to destroy its own share value just to keep the lights on. Just remember that famous quote from Gino "Expecting any day now" Just like the last Placing the sp held only until holders realised that news was delayed again and again and then slid.

" NHS to lose out on new drugs, pharma firm warns" This is a headline on the BBC from last month and it raises concerns about the huge cost rise in drugs and treatments. we all know that the NHS has no money left and I would assume this years budget is blown already so I can't see any meaningful roll out for at least 6-8 months. We have a great product but we have a terrible financial gains prospect. For all the new holders coming in from allenby capital client list, DYOR and thanks for keeping the lights on for another 12 months.
