EC called me a shorter a few days ago just because my sentiment has changed due to the Vampire Raise wich will kill my holding. I'm still a long term holder but what the Bod have done to us is disgusting !

Look at the dates on his original TR1s when he crossed, he was a 10 percent holder before the last AGM. the placing should not have been done at that point (pre AGM)

All I know is Mr English and Mr Nugent both bought more shares over the last few months (probably averaging down) thresholds were crossed and they became significant and major shareholders. when the 400million shares got placed last week (confirmed placing) both holders have had there percentage watered down by 40% ( was 600million shares now 1 billion) so they did not but any of those shares. that is confirmed in the new TR1,s

if they did subscribe in the retail and conditional offering we will not know until after the agm if the vote passes. if the resolutions do pass then potentialy the shares in issue will go to 4.2 billion shares in issue as long as the warrants are excercised which means we might not have any shareholders over 3% left

First of all I don't mean to come across as condersending, for that I appologise. But again my post questioned why he didn't subscribe to the confirmed placing and I have made no mention of the retail or conditional elements of the raise.

we are not talking about the retail offer are we ! we are talking about the "confirmed placing" that has already happened last week (the 400million shares)

people please read things properly and understand what is going on. I understand things can get confusing with the different elements of the "conditional" and "unconditional" raise. if you do not fully understand please ask someone for carification.

The shares (400 million) have already been issued hence the new declaration, some basic maths clearly indicates he did not subscribe to the 400m placing.

2 x TR 1s notifying drop of percentage 10% down to 6% which means mr. Nugent didn't buy into the 400 million placing ?

I feel the same way, 4.2 billion shares is a joke. the only winners are the Bod and the new Allenbury clients.

What are peoples thoughts on the AGM ? vote for or vote against ?

you crack on with the filter ! I,ve been here for 5 years . So I'm bias because I can interpret information and read RNS's properly and see the contradiction in statements without breaking a sweat ? yes I am Negative now because I'm about 76 grand down with my holding !

What would be interesting is if that new 3% holder is planning to vote against the board. ?

3 % How is that Huge ? next week he will only be just over 1% if the unconditional placing goes through so will have to TR1 again to reduce lol. last week and before we had a 10 percent holder and a 6 percent holder ,

I very much doubt they are actually paying for them ? more likely linked in with the 10% wage deferral so might actually be a form of compensation ? plus the wage back at some point ?
