The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Will the Company RNS if or when the non refundable £100k has been paid or could I ask if anyone has good access to Allan that it is posted on here and then Company could simp,y Post it on Website thus save cost re RNS.
We need to know this £100k has been paid to maintain integrity of MOU / of which I am very sceptical of all MOU’s but remain naively optimistic about this one.
We need to know when it lands.
14 days to go.
Personally “IF”the Test gets to market in North America and takes off / I’m not overly concerned about how Allan enters UK Market. It will. But a lot of “IF’s” to get through these next 12 Month. No slam dunk yet imo. If Phase 1 is successful and Antibodies are scaled up / then I’d be looking for Allan to buy some Shares to give Gravitas to today’s News. Before the MOU completes would be Nice.. “IF” it completes…
Remove the “IF” Allan please over the coming few Quarters. Thanks.
Still unclear about the next 6/12 month Timeline regard Antibodies in 3 Formats / Clinical Trials / Accreditation and Finally Reimbursement. Personally I’d hope they’d have completed Clinical Trails by start of Q2 next year. But Allan will not reveal his Timeline which i do understand at the moment. Very delicate time re MOU.
Even though i do not like MOU’s / I am v hopeful with this one. Not least because i am very naive and blind faith but because of the envisaged Short Timeline re completion. Over the pond they wanna be first in on any Good thing and over here we are Toilet.
Is the 2p Raise going ahead or has it been cancelled ? The MOU is only a MOU. Nothing definite / so how can he cancel the 2p cash injection without News on the Antibodies in France ? The 2p was supposed to go through 11 April ? Are we now saying the scale up of Antibodies in Viva la Francais is a formality and how exactly are they getting paid for work rendered ?
I do not like MOU’s as i do not know what the conversion rate is but in small Companies a high percentage never complete.
Have i heard the first 2 mins wrong ? We now don’t go ahead with the £600k 2p Raise ???? But it’s only a MOU. And the Upscale hasn’t been confirmed yet on the antibodies which may take 6 month ??
Can someone confirm / put me right ??
Sounds like that Vaccine might be a bit too late in the process Brondby. As I’ve said - Big Pharma have cured nothing in last 60 yr. Early detection is where the Focus can only be in order to then allow maximum survival rate. Just my opinion.
Neilin62. With respect / why is it shrouded in secrecy then ? And why only a select few know or heard about it ?
If Allan reads these boards then I’m sure he will understand our desire to be able to engage with him in a private Shareholder Q&A once a Quarter or 6 month. Because at present imo he isn’t creating an open and honest communication channel with Shareholders.
Thank you.
For Tectonic obviously.
I’d love an open and honest Q&A with Allan but it does seem as though he wants to keep info to a minimum and low profile.
The reason ? I hope because we are on 2 year or less countdown to Launching First commercial Test to Market.
5 mins 25 onwards Allan discusses Placing is being used directly to support the journey of Test to Market and discusses 4 key steps.
He states Success !!!! Last 6 month re developing Monoclonal antibodies - essential to detect the Ciz1b Bio marker.
Step 1 6 mins Allan says NOW ready for scale up phase (Must be Photeogenix deal (No previous RNS) and refers to going into Clinical Trials defo in USA with THE NEW COMMERCIAL ANTIBODY” (I assume this after scale up) and says “Pretty straight forward task” at 6 mins 38 sec.
Now … Does he mean
Straight Forward Task of Scale Up or..
IF Scale up is success then going to Trials (Stage 2) is Straight Forward Task ?
Probably the latter but interpretation is ambiguous.
If he is quoting any association with the short sentence of “Straight forward Task” with Stage 1 then each Stage carries Risk / so is he committing to slam dunk Stage 1 or merely IF Stage 1 Scale up successful / then moving to Stage 2 ie Trials is Slam dunk ?
Hope this clarifies my point. His communication is open to interpretation imo.
Re Allan. He appears to me (and just my opinion), that he held back and read almost robotically from a script in Directors Talk - was very careful not to branch off re various obvious Questions that were never asked. Now … One could say they are just buying time as product won’t make it to market .. Or One could say he comes across as not wanting to attract PI money and thus keep SP low to let those on the inside in - by avoiding obvs demand for Private Investor Q and A.
Personally i think Allan sailing close to the wind re recent RNS and subsequent low profile. So the real Question is why ? Either we are close (Inside 2 years to Market) or Widglide is right or partially right.
All about opinion. I hasten to add / not helped by Alan’s current low profile..
Widglide. A Vaccine for Lung Cancer ? Who’s gonna take that without knowing they actually have Lung Cancer ? Don’t you think they’d take a screening Test first before admission ? Once you’d taken the Test, and if positive, you’d take any needle offered, but not beforehand. The only hope is early detection. There hasn’t been a cure for anything from Big Pharma in the last 60 years. People still get COVID despite Global mass Vaccination program.
Or you maybe right ? They may be struggling with where they stand with the product. But what’s your evidence of this other than dotting the i’s.
In Directors Talk / Allan confirmed there were 4 key stages to accomplish route to Market but did not offer any Timeline. Nor did the Host ask any Timeline Questions. The Interview was staged / felt like it had been called at short notice by Allan himself. There was nothing genuine about it imo. Completely unprofessional and repetitive gargle. Pointless. After 6 months of abyss.
