yep - you can suggest that it will be done sub 4p.. but need to wait for reality if thats what HAA does? Did you see the latest presentation from KEFI? Presentation stating fundraising at KME or at Kulu Kapi project level.. facts and assumptions are 2 different things... yes trade at 4.18p? �19.4k trade... but see the 100k and 50k shares been bought in smaller chunks?! �19.4k trade tells nothing at this stage... Again, if HAA is raising below 4p, with your connection you don't need the shares from market... you can buy from HAA directly.. if KEFI is that desperate?

wow cherryburn - you are posting in a dog of a share... you want to a piece of the dog below 4p? and 4p after seeing the debt and equity finance sorted? risk and reward... you might get your 4p.. may get... but can't see this at 4p after you have heard of equity finance!! what you are saying is - i am not taking risk but need the full reward in a way... talking as if everyone else is a fool... might be.... but as micksnags says, with all the info and connection you should get the equity raised at 4p and piece of KEFI with HAA... Not in the open market :) Good luck anyway...

I think to be fair – unfortunately, next placing price does matter… Share price may go up or down depending on the placement price. When the SP was in 5-5.50p range, my assumption was that placing at 5p. Now for me, it looks like anything between 4-5p.. all assumptions based on SP movement. Having said that, I cannot think for a min that placing would be below 4p? At 4p, that would be lowest of all placements. If HA agrees for 4p placement – it would undermine the work done for on financing. Good luck

Hi shiny - HA always said that some parts of $24m residual requirement will be funding via share issues... how much is the question... but remember at one point we were talking of $24m covered by shares issue or dilution. I am not complaining even if it is 50% needs covered by dilution.... Critical is issue price... which is some people are the sidelines waiting for this to be closed, before they jump in. Hi Cherryburn – We have some strong fundamentals in KEFI.. mostly financied, last part of $24m due to sorted in the next few months. Gold price above critical level $1300.. at $1250 gold price, NPV of this project is $272M… Even if KEFI does a placing, can’t see the placing to below 5p. - Final jigsaw of residual amount to be finalized in the next few months - Construction to kick start in the next 3-6 months - Gold price at $1340 and is bullish for short/medium term… - Further expansion potential… Tulu Kapi as well as Saudi projects.. Patience required here…. Buy the dips and hold…

hi micksnags, true value may not be seen, until the remaining financing options are agreed. KEFI is way undervalued – gold reserves, funding confirmation and the actual construction within the next 3-6 months. Increasing gold price and gold price breaking the big resistance at $1300 was seen as bullish by many. However you see it, we are way undervalued. Buy and hold. Day to day price changes doesn’t matter – when we are nearer production what would be our SP is the question. Best Regards

My thinking is that people are still awaiting on the sidelines before committing – 2 critical questions that would help people… 1) How much ££$$ HA will raise via placing and 2) At what SP? Nevertheless, with $155m committed – at today’s SP KEFI is way undervalued. Patience required here… Personally happy to hold and add on weakness…

plenty of liquidity at the moment. I am able to buy or sell up to £20k worth of shares... make of that what you will! :)
