Amtech and all - today's announcement is all about the future and those funds will not be realized now. �$ are not significant either, but will help with working capital when funds becomes available. what is important is the strategic direction that ACP had taken to focus on graphite... that is significant. US$75,000 on signing the purchase contract; US$187,500 within 12 months of signing; and US$300,000 on commencement of production and 1.5% royalty..
